교육품질의 중요도-만족도 분석과 교육품질-교육생 만족간 관계 연구 (A Study on the Importance-Performance Analysis of Education Quality and the Relationship between Education Quality and Satisfaction)

초록

인공지능(AI)이 대세인 시대에서 인공지능이 대체할 수 없는 인재육성이 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구는 IC직무교육기관의 교육품질에 관하여 교육품질 중요도-만족도 분석하고 교육품질-만족간 구조방정식모형을 실증적으로 검증한다. 우선, 중요도-만족도 분석을 적용하여 교육품질 개선을 위한 전략적 방향성을 도출하고 다음으로는 교육품질내 요인간 방향을 식별하고 교육품질과 만족도간 인과관계에 대한 모형을 확인한다.
본 연구의 연구방법론으로 IC직무교육 기본과정 교육수료생을 대상으로 수행한 설문조사결과에 대하여 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA)을 수행하고 교육품질의 만족에 대한 효과는 구조방적모형(SEM) 분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구결과로 수행된 설문결과에 대하여 중요도-만족도 분석을 했을 때, 우선 IC직무교육기관의 교육품질 개선소요를 식별하였고 추가적으로 리더-구성원간 비교분석을 통해 조직내 직위에 따라 교육품질 중요도-만족도 분석의 차이가 관찰되었다. 다음으로 교육품질-만족간 인과관계에 대하여 구조방정식모형 검증을 통해 연구대상기관의 교육품질은 교육생 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 특히 교육품질의 두 차원, 과정품질은 결과품질에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 결과품질은 과정품질과 만족간 관계에서 부분매개효과를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 추가적으로 교육생 지위는 과정품질과 만족간 관계를 조절하는 것으로 검정되었다.
결론적으로 교육생의 필요와 욕구에 부합하는 교육품질 개선방향을 확인함으로써 대상 교육기관의 차별적 교육품질을 향상을 통해 교육생 만족도에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

영어초록

In the era of artificial intelligence (AI), it is becoming important to develop human resources that cannot be replaced by AI. This study analyzes the importance-satisfaction of educational quality in IC vocational education institutions and empirically verifies the structural equation model between educational quality and satisfaction. First, the importance-satisfaction analysis is applied to derive strategic directions for improving educational quality, and then the direction between factors in educational quality is identified and the causal relationship between educational quality and satisfaction is verified.
As the research methodology of this study, importance-satisfaction analysis (IPA) was conducted on the survey results of IC vocational education basic course trainees, and structural equation model (SEM) analysis was conducted on the effect of educational quality on satisfaction.
When the importance-satisfaction analysis was conducted on the survey results of this study, first, the needs for improving the educational quality of IC vocational education institutions were identified, and furthermore, through the comparative analysis between leaders and members, differences in the importance-satisfaction analysis of educational quality were observed according to the position in the organization. Next, through the structural equation model verification of the causal relationship between educational quality and satisfaction, it was confirmed that the educational quality of the studied institutions has a significant effect on the satisfaction of trainees, and in particular, two dimensions of educational quality, process quality and outcome quality, have a positive effect on outcome quality. In addition, outcome quality was analyzed to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between process quality and satisfaction. Furthermore, trainee status was found to moderate the relationship between course quality and satisfaction.
In conclusion, by identifying ways to improve the quality of education in line with the needs and desires of trainees, it is possible to improve the differentiated quality of education in target institutions to help improve trainees' satisfaction.
