I will introduce my food. I don`t know the food name. Just my mother had cooked for me. So I have made food name myself. This is rice Fried. Now I am missing korea, and my family, friend. specially the best is my mother`s food. When I was a high school student, I didn`t have time which eating food. Because I had to go school until 7: 15 AM. So my mom got up early to prepare my breakfast. Sometimes I got up lately. Always my father took me to school from home. When I went to school, I was having breakfast in the car. At that time I ate rice fried. It is delicious and It is nutritious food. It is made of vegetable and rice. the recipe is simple. and this food is economical food. If you have leftover rice food and vegetabls, you can cook easily. The preparation time is 15minutes, and the making time is about 10minutes. This recipe is made for 2 people.

bowl, flipper, chopping board, jackknife, fried fan

1 bowl rice
30g ham
1 slice cheese
1 egg
1/4 onion(a quarter of onion)
1/2 pimiento(a quarter of pimiento)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
