소프트웨어를 이용한 새로운 비지니스 계획을 작성한 것입니다.
외국(핀란드)에서 공부할 때 외국 친구들과 조를 짜서
새로운 비지니스 플랜에 대해 계획서를 작성한 것입니다.
점수는 50점 만점에 44점을 받았습니다.

내용은 전부 영어입니다. 하지만, 모두 원어민이 아니었기 때문에
사용 단어들이 그렇게 어렵지 않아 해석에 무리가 없습니다.

internet이 관련되어 있는 사업 자료인데.
당시에는 smartphone이 나오지 않아서 비전측면에서 8.5/10 받았지만,
현재 smartphone이 나온 상태에서 비전이 더 높을 것으로 보입니다. (개인적 생각)

AYCY business plan is based on the business idea of operating a database server which can be
accessed by clients from their cell phones using the application developed by the company. The
database is the collection of information about the business in a certain locality and the client can
access all the information about the business.




EXIT PLAN
In a very unlikely scenario, we may face dire straits and can be forced out of business. Unlikely
as it is, but we have figured out some exit strategies to safely get out of trouble. At first we need
to find available investors who are interested in this business idea, and give us the starting fund.
Later, as we have aforementioned, we could have a very symbiotic relation with the network
operators. Should we face financial uncertainties in the future, we can deal with it by offering a
network operator to acquire us. Among the many bidding network operators, we can let
ourselves be acquired by the company where our best interests lay. Another way can be to
liquidate our company. Our venture does not have expenses in capital items that depreciate

The basic premises of business idea is to develop a database in a certain locality which can be
accessed through a client application built for the cell phones or alternatively through the web. A
client application will be developed and deployed for usage in the cell phones. The customers in
general public can download the client application for free and install in his/her phone to get
accessing to our database.

AYCY will develop an internet-based application called Online Information Manager, for which
a patent is pending. Online Information Manager allows users to get the exact information in
short time. Users can get Online Information Manager by subscribing to the server on the
internet. From technological point of view, core application development is to be outsourced.
Product development will be implemented in two phases. At first, online web site as well as
server application is to be developed. And then, client application - Online Information Manage
development is going on.
