중국 전자무역의 현황, 문제점 및 해결방안 (China's e-trade: Current Status, Problems, and Solutions)

초록

연구목적: 2008년 미국금융위기이래 중국의 전통적인 컨테이너식의 대외무역이 큰 충격을 받고 있다. 그러나 중국제조2025를 계기로 중국의 전자상거래는 새로운 기회를 맞이하고 있으며, 중국의 전자무역거래량이 빠르게 성장하여 중국의 대외무역구조조정과 대외무역성장의 중요한 추진역량으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 본 연구는 중국 전자무역의 현황과 전자무역정책을 종합분석하고 이에 존재하는 문제점을 제시하며 이에 대응되는 해결방안과 한국에 주는 시사점을 제시한다.
논문구성/논리: 본 연구의 논리와 구성은 다음과 같다. 서론에서는 중국 전자무역의 발전배경과 연구목적을 기술한다. 제2장에서는 전자무역의 이론적 배경과 개념, 기존연구를 살펴본다. 제3장에서는 중국 전자무역의 기업현황과 정책현황을 분석한다. 제4장에서는 중국 전자무역에 존재하는 문제점을 제시한다. 마지막으로 제5장 결론에서는 연구내용을 요약하고, 한계점, 향후 연구제언을 제시한다.
결과: 중국의 전자무역현황, 문제점 및 관련 정책에 관한 연구를 통하여 도출한 중국의 전자무역 발전방안은 다음과 같다. 중국 정부는 전자무역의 통관, 결제, 지적재산권, 국제물류, 분쟁해결 등의 정책을 더욱 확실히 실행하고 전자무역 경영주체의 능동성을 발휘하고 경영방식을 혁신하여 소비자의 수요를 지속적으로 만족함으로써 중국을 세계적인 제조업 강국으로 만들어가야 할 것이다. 이는 한국 수출업체의 중국 전자무역시장 진출전략에도 유용한 시사점을 제시한다.
독창성/가치: 본 연구는 중국 전자무역의 최신동향과 지속적인 성장세에 비추어 전면적인 현황분석과 문제점 및 해결방안을 체계적으로 제시하고, 이러한 중국의 현황, 문제점과 해결방안이 한국기업과 정부의 종합적인 대응방안에 주는 시사점과 한중협력방안을 제시하였다는데 의미를 가진다.

영어초록

Purpose: Since the 2008 U.S. financial crisis, China's containerized foreign trade has been severely impacted; its e-commerce, however, is taking on a new life through its Manufacturing 2025. China's e-trade volume has grown rapidly, making it an important driving force for the country's foreign trade restructuring and foreign trade growth. Against this backdrop, this paper is an attempt to provide a comprehensive analysis of the current status of China's e-trade and related policies as well as existing problems, and suggest solutions for those problems and implications for Korea.
Composition/Logic: The logic and composition of this study are as follows. The introduction (Chapter I) describes the development background and research purpose with respect to China’s e-trade. Chapter Ⅱ examines the theoretical background and concept of and existing research on e-trade. Chapter Ⅲ analyzes the business status and policy status of China’s e-trade, while Chapters Ⅳ present the problems plaguing it and the relevant solutions, respectively. Finally, in the conclusion, the research contents are summarized, limitations explained, and suggestions and future research directions provided.
Findings: The paper presents a development plan for China's e-trade, based on analysis of its e-trade status. It also identifies the existing problems and discusses related policies such as customs clearance, settlement, intellectual property rights, international logistics, and dispute resolution. China needs to develop itself into a world-class manufacturing powerhouse by steadily satisfying consumers' demands through implementation of transparency in transactions, ensuring e-trade management entities' activeness, and innovating management methods. methods; these actions have certain implications for Korean exporters in terms of their strategies to enter the Chinese e-trade market.
Originality/Value: This paper systematically presents a comprehensive status analysis and the problems and solutions in light of the latest trends in China's e-trade. In addition, it is meaningful in that it suggests the implications of the current situation and the problems in and solutions to the comprehensive response by Korean companies and government. Furthermore, unlike previous studies, it has more significance as it presents specific statistical data and a plan to promote Korea-China e-trade and cooperation.
