“변혁적 역량”에서 본 한문과 평가의 방향 (Future Direction of Chinese Character Educationand Evaluation through “transformative capacity”)

초록

본 연구는 불투명한 미래 교육 환경에 따른 변혁적 역량 신장 차원에서 한문과 평가의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 역량교육의 발전 단계와 변혁적 역량의 등장 배경과 구성 요소를 알아보고 변혁적 역량 신장을 위한 수업 설계 방향을 제시하였다.
변혁적 역량 신장을 위한 평가의 방향을 설정하기 위해 평가의 일반적인 목적과 2022 개정 교육과정에서 평가와 관련된 강조점을 확인하고, 이와 관련하여 한문과 평가의 특징을 알아보았다.
변혁적 역량 제고를 위한 한문과 평가의 방향을 제시하기 위해 고등학교 한문Ⅰ의 성취기준과 선택중심 교육과정 중 일반선택 과목인 국어과의 독서교과 성취기준을 비교 분석하여, 고등학교 한문Ⅰ의 성취기준 진술에서 교과의 특성을 반영하고 미래교육의 방향성과 포용성 등이 골고루 포함된 성취기준 진술이 필요함을 밝혔다.
이어 변혁적 역량 강화를 위한 지필평가 서술형 평가 문항 사례를 2022학년도 대학수학능력시험 한문Ⅰ과 비교하여 분석하였다. 또한 수행평가의 일반적인 특성이 변혁적 역량을 신장하는 다양한 요소가 내재됨을 확인하고 단위학교에서 실천할 수 있는 수행평가의 사례를 제시하였다. 사례로 제시한 ‘학습 용어 단어장 만들기, 학습지를 활용한 수업 관찰 평가, 디지털 동영상을 활용한 평가, 발표하기와 만들기 평가’는 과정중심의 평가로 학습자의 행위 주체성을 강조하는 평가라고 할 수 있다. 특히 디지털 동영상을 활용한 평가는 디지털 동영상 세대에게 친숙하고 유연한 학습 환경을 평가에 접목하는 방식이라 할 수 있다.
마지막으로 학교자율과정을 활용한 평가 방식과 원격교육에 따른 에듀테크에 기반한 다양한 콘텐츠를 활용한 평가 방식으로의 전환이 학습자의 행위 주체성을 강조하는 평가 방식이며, 과정 중심 평가의 변혁적 역량 신장에 도움이 될 것으로 전망한다.

영어초록

This study presents the direction of Chinese character as subject and evaluation for the development of transformative capacity according to the uncertain future educational environment. To this end, this study first examined the development stage of competency education and the background and components of transformative competency to present the direction of class design for the development of transformative capacity.
In order to set the direction of evaluation for the development of transformative capacity, the general purpose of evaluation and the emphasis related to evaluation in the 2022 revised curriculum were identified to examine the characteristics of Chinese character as subject and evaluation.
In order to present the direction of Chinese character as a subject and evaluation for enhancing transformative capacity, the achievement standard of Chinese character I in high school and the Korean language, which is a general elective subject among the elective-centered curriculum, were compared and analyzed. In the statement of achievement standards of Chinese character I in high school, it was revealed that there is a need for achievement standards that reflect the characteristics of subjects and include the direction and inclusiveness of future education.
In addition, the case of paper test write-out answer items for strengthening transformative capacity was compared and analyzed with Chinese character I of the 2022 College Entrance exam. In addition, it was confirmed that the general characteristics of performance evaluation are inherent in various factors that enhance transformative capacity and it presented examples of performance assessment that can be practiced in schools. The ‘learning terminology vocabulary note making, class observation evaluation using workbooks, evaluation using digital videos, presentation and process evaluation’ presented as examples are process- oriented evaluations that emphasize the learner’s action. In particular, evaluation using digital video is a familiar and flexible learning environment for the digital generation.
Lastly, the evaluation method using the school's autonomous course and the conversion to the evaluation method using various contents based on edutech following online education emphasizes the action of learners. It is expected that it will help to develop the transformative capacity of process-oriented evaluation.
