Abstract

초록

본 연구에서는 가정봉사원파견서비스 이용노인들의 서비스 만족도와 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 효과적인 가정봉사원파견서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것에 그 목적을 두고 있다.
본 연구의 목적달성을 위한 실증조사로 서울시 양천구와 강서구에 소재하고 있는 가정봉사원파견센터에서 서비스를 이용하는 이용노인 152명을 대상으로 직접 이용노인 가정을 방문하여 1:1 개별 면접조사를 하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS12.0 for windows 통계프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis)과 t검증(T-Test), 상관관계(Correlation Analysis)를 실시하였다. 또한 개인적인 요인과 가정봉사원 요인이 이용노인의 서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향력 정도를 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression)을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과 보건의료체제의 강화와 다양한 서비스 프로그램 개발, 질적인 가정봉사원프로그램 개발, 정부의 재정적･제도적 지원 등 임상적, 정책적 실천방안을 제안할 수 있었다.

영어초록

This study is for searching the elements which affected at the service satisfaction for old people who are using the Home Helper Service and looking for the plans to offer more effective Home Helper Service. Actual proof investigation visiting relevant center to 152 people that is Iyongnoin that use service in locating home service circle dispatch center to danger and injury Seoul city Yangcheon-gu and Gangseo-gu meaning and method etc. of research explain and after seek cooperation, executed preliminary investigation after the first education in center which use person in charge or volunteer worker, social welfare learning of neighborhood university and student back total 15 people that is staying at home string by investigator and see, and is fecundated and supplement and home which is direction Iyongnoin after progress the second education visit and 1:1 individuation interview examine questionnaire.
Also, data collected for research that see uses and analyzed SPSS12.0 for windows figure program. Frequency Analysis to grasp general special quality of respondent, and executed T-Test to search difference influence that private factor(distinction of sex, age, hygienic condition, family special quality) and home service circle factor(reactivity, integration attribute, appropriateness attribute, responsibility attribute) go mad in utilization old man's service satisfaction. Correlation Analysis observe multiplex public election anger's existence and nonexistence between args, and analyze relation between variables. Also, got result following conclusion that private factor and home service circle factor execute and study Multiple Regression analysis to search mad influence degree in utilization old man's service satisfaction.
On the basis of these result, here are some devices to extend effective Home Helper Service. Most of users are the old people who do not have good health, some complicative illness, feel uncomfort because of those illnesses, so social welfare center has to organize network with nearby medical centers and to strengthen health and medical-service system and then to develop several service program in order to spread services focused on old people Especially, by means of health and medical-service program which shows fewer satisfaction compared with other program's satisfaction, this service should maximize at the satisfaction. In addition, it is important for service centers to educate the Home Helpers systematically and professionally for better quality as well as to precede financial and political support from government for better activeness. At the same time, many organizations which support those service also should make every endeavor to guarantee and maintain these Home Helpers positively.
