IntroductionIn this report, we will be looking into Religion and Diversity. We have to team up with a person who has a different religion than ourself to produce this report. In this report, we will be looking into Christianity based on Anglican as well as Buddhism. In this group, we have Bonny Lee who comes from Korea and her religion is Buddhism and Vanessa Leong who comes from Malaysia and her religion is Anglican.Together, we have compiled a report based on our religion. In order for us to produce this report, we have to work as a team to collect information regarding our religions. In our report, we will be discussing about the religion’s history, basic belief, contrast of the two religions and its affect in our own country. In Korean Buddhism, the main feature of Buddhism is the conception of “Tong” Buddhism, which is a synthesis Buddhism. By accepting God’s love as well as forgiveness, all Anglicans will enter into a new relationship with God the father. Other than that, Anglicans also believe that there is a Holy Spirit of God which will be given to all who ask for it in the name of Jesus Christ. At present time, almost all Koreans are influence by Buddhism and the Koreans have the responsibility of preserving the Buddhism culture as the religion has become a major part in their culture.Malaysia is a Muslim country, but its citizens are still allowed to practise other religion such as Christianity, Buddhism and Hinduism. Since the introduction of Christianity, it had influenced the education system in Malaysia by establishing Christian schools such as St Michael Secondary School in Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia.
