The first achievement in my life is travelling some places in America such as New York, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, and Boston that I’ve dreamed of visiting. Even it had taken so much cost, I could never forget about the memory of magical travel. I like Las Vegas most. There were countless visitors from all over the world, and hotels lined along the country road such as MGM, Treasure Island, Bellagio, Wynn, and New York New York so on.

how to live a healthy lifestyle.Advances in technology and medicine have improved the quality of life and extended life expectancy; on the other hand, they also have caused health problems from lack of body movements, competitive society, and environmental pollution so on. Because of these circumstances, taking passive attitude is hard to keep and improve health. There is a saying, "To lose one's health is to lose everything." Therefore, to live a healthy lifestyle, we should pay attention to the following three major factors: bad habits, exercise, and foods.First, you should avoid stress and harmful habits such as smoking, drinking. They can commonly induce cardiovascular disease, oxygen free radical, or a compromised immune system, cancer, and destruction of brain cells so on. They are a poison to our body. Stress hormone cortisol severely triggers memory loss and difficulty concentrating. Smoking is a known risk factor for lung cancer and chronic migraine. Moreover, Alcohol reduces person's ability to think and judgement which can cause safety accidents including a traffic accident (Kwon 44-66).Second, exercise regularly. This is the most economic and effectiv e way to keep in shape. Exercise activates mitochondria which is the prime energy producers of the body and helps to relieve depression, prevent aging, sleep well, and restore confidence (Lee 67). Therefore, we should work out mixing properly all kinds of aerobic exercises, weight training, and flexibility exercises.Finally, form a good eating habit. Today, we're living in the age of abundance which leads people to intake excessive meats or instant foods. Supposing we eat three meals a day reaching 1,095 a year and 87,600 for eighty years with snacks, how many foods affect our body? Therefore, people say you are what you eat. Avoid salt, sugar, flour. Good-bye instant food and fast food. Let's have healthy foods such as soy protein, vegetables, fruits and fish oil.Health is basic for survival and happy life. Sound body and mind is not far away. You can protect them with simple efforts. 라깡 4가지 담론 외국 원서 해석 - Light in August 관련

윤리적이고 효과적인 방식으로 사회 변화를 유도하는 문화적 비판의 전략을 만들기 위해서는, 사람들의 정신에 영향을 끼치는 담론들을 이해해야 한다. 이는 사회적 효과를 생산하는4가지 라깡의 담론((1) 교육하는 / 주입(세뇌)하는 ; (2) 지배하는 / 지휘하는; (3) 갈망하는 / 항의하는; (4) 분석하는 / 변형시키는 / 혁신을 일으키는)을 이해함으로써 가능하다.다른 효과들은 이러한 담론들이 다른 역할들 혹은 4가지 심리학적인 요소들─지식, 관념들, 자기분할, 쾌락에 의한 각각의 담론으로 소요된 위치들에 의해 생산된다. 이 4가지 주요 요인들은 그 생산과 어떤 글의 받아들임 혹은 가장 큰 기표가 되는 담화들을 받아들이는 것을 (S1), 기표들의 관계 혹은 지식체계를 받아들이는 것(S2)을 수반하며, 현실은 동시에 제외되면서 지식체계와 가장 큰 기표들에 의해 생산되고(a), 나눠진 대상은($), 그 자체가 설명이 요구되는 독자성과(S1) plus – de –jouir (a)의 사이에서 분열되는데, 그 쾌락은 독자성이라고 추정하는 희생물들이다.사용할 수 있는 이러한 요소들인 4가지 위치들은 다음을 따른다:화자청자행위자→반응자사실성←생성왼쪽은 요소들이 말하거나 메시지를 보내는 대상으로 행동하는 것으로 지정하고, 오른쪽은 메세지를 보내는 대상으로 활성화된 혹은 유도된 요소들로 사용된다. 양쪽에서 상위는 명시적인 것을 표현하며 요인을 나타내고, 맨 아래쪽은 은밀한 것, 잠재하는 것, 연루된 것을 표현하고, 혹은 행동하는 요소나 표면의 아래에서 발생하는 요소를 억누른다. 더 자세하게 설명하자면, 왼쪽 위(화자)는 대리자 혹은 지배자의 위치이다. 그것은 담론에서 요인에 의해 점령당한 것인데, 가장 활동적이고 분명하다. 왼쪽 아래(사실성)는 진실(숨겨진)의 위치인데, 이것은 지지적이고, 이 식의 배경이 되며, 지배적인 요인에 대응한다. 하지만 그것(지배적인 요인)에 의해서 억압되지는 않는다. 우측에서, 반응자의 측면에 있는, 최상위 위치(청자)는 다른 것으로써 계획되어지는게서 떨어져 나온 것에 의해서 쓰여지고, 읽히며 가르쳐지는데, (학술위원들에게서 떨어져 나온)그것은 라깡이 대학담론이라고 부른 것의 범주 속으로 예상될 것이며, 대학담론은 다음의 구조를 따른다:S2→aS1$우리는 지식구조의 반응자 (S2)의 위치 안에서, 학생으로서의 학문적 생활을 시작한다. 지식/생각으로 전체주의화된 구조를 지배하는 위치(S2)에 종속된 우리는 이런 시스템의 문제 ($)와 (멀어짐으로써) 우리자신을 생산하도록 만들어진다. 학생들의 이런 산만한 위치에서 사회적 효과들은 찾기 쉽다. 소외와 반항은 아마도 최고의 증거가 된다. 학생들은 학대받는(X VII 172) 위치에 있고, 라깡이 말하길, 그들을 괴롭히는 것은 그들이 구조화되지 않도록, 단단하게 되는 지식이 아니라, 그들이 할 수 있는 한가지가 있다고 한다: 즉, 그들스스로가 S2의 시스템으로 빠져나가는 것이고, 생산을 뜻하는 것 그리고 그 시스템의 과잉가치 (X VII 234-35) 모두의 역할을 하는 것이다.대학담론에 대응하는 것주어진 대학담론의 전체주의화된 힘, 그 시스템은 그것이 대항하는 가장 효과적인 방법들을 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 지배자담론을 매우 강력하고 압제적으로 만들어주는 1개의 요인은 보통 남모르게 작동하는 지배자기표의 힘이다. 대학담론을 (남몰래) 지배하는 속에서 지배자기표 때문에, 담론은 지배자 담론에 굴종하는 방식안에 있다. 명시적인 법과 통치 방식에서 지배자 담론이 억제되는 한, 대학 담론은 지배자담론의 아바타와 같은 기능, 체계화된 지식의 아래에 숨겨진 지배자기표를 널리 알린다. 대학담론의 압제에 대립하는 움직임인 이런 암시는 그것의 기초가 되며 그것의 진실을 구성하는 지배자기표를 드러낼 것이다.지배자 담론. 지배자 담론은 자신의 가치에 따른 타자의 지식과, 종속되고 억눌러진 지위에서 판타지를 가진다는 주인 기표의 우세가 도입됨으로써 지배자 담론은 의식, 통합, 자아 동치를 촉진한다.S1 → S2라깡이 언급했듯이, 지배자담론은 특히 많은 철학적, 정치적 비판을 내포철학은 지배자 담론의 분명한 예시이다. 일상언어학파의 철학자들은 오래전부터 철학적 활동은 궁극적으로 말하기의 특정한 방식을 촉진시키는 것 외에는 아무것도 아니다는 것을 깨달았다. 라깡이 지배자 기표로서 철학을 인지하는 것은 우리로 하여금 철학의 기본적인 기능이 특정 지배자 기표를 더욱 분명하게 표현하고 촉진하는 것임을 알게 해준다.라깡이 지적하듯이 지배자 담론은 또한 정치의 경계내에서 작동한다. 라깡이 말하기를 "[지배자 담론]은 모든 것을 아우르며, 심지어 혁명으로 여겨지는 것 까지도 아우른다"고 하였다. 그런데 "혁명"이 지배자 기표로 승격한 것은 급진적 변화를 촉진한 것이라기 보다는 차라리 현재 시스템의 횡포의 밑바탕인 지배자 담론의 S1-S2의 연계의 자물쇠를 채우는 격이 되었다.이 책을 통해 내가 강조하고 싶은 것은 현상에 세례를 주는 것이 아니라, 차례 차례 지배력의 즉각적인만족을 위해서가 아닌, 변형적 실천의 기초로써 특정한 지식을 이루는 라깡의 지배자 기표의 역할이다. 라깡의 지배자 기표와 지식 기표 S1 과 S2가 다른 타자들과 같이 담론에서 주된 요소가 되자마자, 대학 담론에과 지배자 담론에서 각각 떼를 짓고 그렇지 않으면 , 우리가 보게 되듯이, 분석가 담론이 제시하는 대체적 목표에 종속되기 때문에 그러한 차이를 역설하는 것은 중요하다.지배자 담론의 약화라캉은 정치적 혁명을 부르짖는 것은 단지 주인을 찾는 것이라고 경고한다. (ⅩⅦ 237) 그 이유는 어떤 대중적인 움직임은 이상화된 것에 기초해있어서 “주인담론의 부활은 틀림없이 재현되기 때문이다” 라고 라캉은 말한다. 즉, 그 이상화된 목표 혹은 그 속성이 새로운 시스템이 구축된 그 주위에서 주인기표의 역할을 한다는 것이다. 하지만 라강에 의하면 혁명적인 수사학과 정치적 움직임이 이러한 포학 행위를 뒤엎으려면 지배자 담론에 반대되는 분석가 담론을 촉진시켜야 한다고 한다.히스테리 담론히스테리 담론은 행위자의 위치에 분열된 주체가 놓이는데, 이처럼 분열된 주체가 행위자의 위치를 차지하는 사회는테리 주체는 주인기표(대타자)의 위치에 있는 인물에게 자신의 정체성을 규정해주기를 원한다. 그러나 주인의 대답도 히스테리 주체가 원하는 궁극적 대답이 아니고 그들은 상징질서의 단순한 지식이 아닌 영원히 상실된 그리고 말로 표현될 수 없는 오브제 아에 관련된 지식이다. 히스테리 주체는 주인으로부터 구한 지식에서 소외를 경험한다. 주인을 통해 생산된 지식은 진실의 위치에 있는 오브제 아에 대해 아무 것도 말할 수 없고, 따라서 히스테리 주체가 주인을 통해 얻은 지식은 근본적으로 오브제 아에 대해 무능력하다. 이런 이유 때문에 히스테리 담론에서 오브제 아와 지식은 무능력의 이접이 있는 하위 수준에 놓인다. 주인 또는 대타자에 의해 생산된 지식이 오브제 아에 대해 무능력하다는 것은 곧 주인기표(대타자)의 결핍을 나타낸다.분석가 담론대상은 스스로의 소외와 욕망을 추정하는 위치에 있고, 그런 추정의 기본으로, 주어진 지배자기표를 분리하고 새로운 지배자기표를 생산하는데, 이는 그 본질적인 환상과 그 환상으로 인해 구현된 욕망에 덜 해로운 이상과 가치이다. 따라서 라캉의 말에 따르면 분석가담론은 언어를 통해 시행되는 사회적 정신적, 사회적 압제에 맞서는 것을 통한 사회 변화를 해내는 가장 효율적인 수단을 제공한다. 분석가담론은 지배적 위치에 보내는 자의 메시지를 두고, a는 메시지의 청자 혹은 대상자로 상징화에서 배제되고 지배자담론에 의해 억압된 쪽에 속하도록 하면서 정신적 변화를 고취시킨다. 이런 방식으로 분석가담론은 분석 대상자가 새로운 지배자기표(S1)를 생산하는 범위에서 이런 존재의 배제된 부분을 인식하고 상대하도록 요구한다. 즉, 보통 삶의 어느 부분이 채워지지 않거나 고통스러워서 사람이 분석에 들어가 도움을 찾을 때, 분석은 그의 불안감의 원인을 내부의 분쟁 속에서 찾는다. 한 쪽은 환자가 취했고, 지키려고 노력하는 정체성(S1)이며, 다른 한 쪽은 주이상스를 향한 무의식적 욕망(a)으로 이는 정체성과는 비교할 수 없는 것이다. 분석의 목적은 환자가 이러한 자아의분석 대상자에게 근본적 의미의 기능을 하는 내재되어있는 공상을 노출하기 위한 그러한 방식으로심리분석 대상자의 요구를 반영하거나 굴절시킨다. 그 분석가는, 버려진 것이나 탄압된 것을 비추거나 강조하는 그러한 방식으로 심리 분석 대상자의 담론의 히스테리 상태의 요소에 반응한다.그 분석가의 이 담론에 직면하여, 그 자신에 반응하는 수용자로서 심리 분석 대상자는 자아 이상의 변화에 이르는 새로운 주인 기표를 생산하는 위치에 위치하며 이것은 새로운 의미들과 다른 가치들뿐만이 아니라 자아정체성의 변화된 감각을 수반한다. 오직 그들의 현재 주인 기표가 어떻게 그들을 심리 분석 대상자들로부터 멀어지게 만드는 가를 깨닫는 것이 그들의 주인 기표에 상징되어 잇는 동떨어진 위치로부터의 분리에 이를 수 있게 하고, 분리는 심리 분석 대상자들이점진적으로 그들의 억압된 요소들을 받아들이게 되고 그들의 자아 이상에 구현되어있는 획일적 가치들보다 억압된 요소들을 받아들이는 것들을 좀더 그들 자신의 한 부분으로서 받아들일 때 발생한다.문화 비판은 글자 그 자체보다는 글자를 읽는 것을 설명해야 한다. 문화 비평가들은 (욕구와 함께 일어나는) 근본적인 인지를 구조화 하기 위해 주어진 대체물이나 담론에서 발생되는 반응을 분석해야만 한다. 그것은 특정 숫자의 객체 안, 질문에서 시작되는 사회적 현상에 의해 촉진이 된다. 따라서 비평가의 독자들에게서 보여지는 것은 이런 인지들이 수반 된다는 것이다. 그리고 무의식적인 욕망이나 사회적 현상에 대한 판타지의 노출은 보다 커다란 힘에 의해 몰래 재압이 된다.첫 단계는 뚜렷하고 집단적이면서도 객관적인 특정 효과의 감별과 연관이 있다. 이 효과는 상당의 사람들 속에서 나오는 문화적 가공물이나 담론에 의해 만들어 진다. 두 번째 단계에서는 개체의 반응 의견 혹은 감정에서 나오는 명백한 효과에서 나오는 각 개체의 자아, 욕망, 쾌락은 기표로서 결정되고 이는 추론을 가능하게 만들어 준다. 사실 세 번째 논리적 과업은 두 번째 단계와 동시에 나타나는데, 이것은 공통다.
