Hyun Jung GangThe human marry the human whom they love each other live together until they die (in general), and create family. Do animals marry? In order to breed they baby and maintain their species, they also marry like what human do. However, getting married is not easy stuff for animal because it requires lots of process such as finding a perfect partner. Then how do animals do to make a success on their marriage?First of all, they have to find and tempt same species. This behaviors-finding and tempting same species- called 'courtship'. Like human who has various cultures in different countries, and marriage customs, the animals also have different way of courtship and marriage in each species. In addition, the purpose of courtship is various for them. In general these courtship behaviors have been seen on most of animals, but some animals haven't done such courtship behavior even though they need to inherit to their generation. Therefore, I have searched on the characteristics of ical, and behavioral conditions are needed. The following examples are the behavioral condition for successful mating.1) They have to recognize and mate with the same species. 2) If the animals mating by the internal fertilization, they have to combine their reproductive organs together. 3) If the animals mating by the external fertilization, they have to have same period of spawn. 4) The animals have to overcome the competition from the other species. The mating behavior of animals is various and highly developed. The mating behavior is also extremely related to the animal's propagation and their environmental conditions. From now, I’m going to discuss about different kinds of courtships and their behaviors. The animals do the mating behavior in order to attract the partners are the one who doesn’t reside as groups. In order for successful mating, the female and male gets closed to each other little by little and they use distinctive signals each other. These signals are needed to be exdy and the ruffle of a sea lions are also examples of visual attraction. The night animals like fireflies make the light by themselves and attract the partners. Otherwise, they wouldn’t be shown. Different fire flies can make different signal of light (the gaps between light and light). So, even though they are making signal of light at the same place, it wouldn’t be happened to fireflies to confuse their partners. To attract a female, a male sometimes allures their partner by unique movements. Male peacocks spread their beautiful and fancy wing like a fan and shake to show to male peacocks. Some dragonflies and butterflies dance to female and they dance together before the mating. There are exceptions of course, but usually the mating behavior is done by males. I could think it is because the population of male is much higher than female in simple way, however the ultimate reason why is because of the differences between the male spermatozoa and the feminine ovary or egg cells. When a mn to partner and finding their perfect partner. Even though the sounds are not seen, it can be delivered fast, and far by air. For example, the animals who is dwelling in the forest can not see each other very well. However, their special vocal skill leads them to find out the partners. Especially, the vocal skill is very useful to inform of the animal's location for night time animals. The insects such as cicadas, and crickets, the amphibians like frogs, and the birds are generally use the vocalization in order to find their partners as well as successful mating. If the male birds success to find their partner while they are singing, they mostly stop to sing. According to this, we can assume that the purpose of the singing is tempting the female. In addition, they have different and various patterns of song in each species, it wouldn't be happened like a male sparrow sings for female cuckoos.Olfactory attractionThe olfactory attraction or the attraction using smell is mostly done by fece female gets the foods, they more calms down and shows less aggression. Especially for birds, this type of mating behavior is involved in nest building and breeding their children. In the case of carnivorous mammals like wolf, when the male is getting approach to female, they are very careful because female shows extreme aggression. First, male smells special smell from the female's urine and make sure if the female is ready to be mating or not. If female is ready, the male keeps following the female, and licking and rubbing their body.A female of spiders and some insects is very aggressive even they are about to have mating. Some male flies give the foods to female and finish their mating very quickly while female is having the foods. A mantis is unimaginably cruel. A male gets closed to female, holds the females neck and forces them to have mating because a female is extremely aggressive. However, most of case, the female eats the head of male during the mating and after the mating,
