It is reported that a lot of Korean English teachers devote themselves to improving TEE (Teaching English in English) skills to obtain a `TEE certificate`. In the near future, because of the high eager for using English, teachers teaching other subjects will also have to study English with English teachers to provide their lecture in English. Some people insist that if teachers teach all subjects in English, students will not only learn the content of those subjects, but also acquire English holistically and naturally. However, teaching all subjects in English has three weak points. Focusing on `speaking in English during class hours` can cause low quality of instruction. Teachers have to develop their English skills to survive in their workplace, but it`s never easy to master English; CC(Communicative Competence) that is composed of various elements is needed to be a good communicator. Teachers can pay little attention to their own subject area. Also, teachers can convey wrong messages and students can misunderstand the meaning of the messages. As a result, the victims will be students, not the teachers.

The Korean high school education system imposes an extreme number of subjects on students. We should give students the right of selecting courses that they want to learn. This essay will discuss the merits of fewer classes. Above all, students can focus on their remaining subjects and have more sparetime. Students` stress will be naturally reduced. Then, the reduction of stress will cause active performance in classes as well as better grades. Besides, students can allot some time to reading novels, listening to music, drawing pictures, taking photos. Students will develop their aptitude through these various activities. Students can escape from studying for tests; they have to cram for some subjects demotivating them to graduate high school. Studying for tests facilitates linear and additive learning, rather than meaningful learning. In addition, to practice noticing test producers` intention to choose one right answer can`t help the high school education system to bring up creative and imaginative students. If there are fewer subjects to study, students will be ingenious.
