However, augmented reality is the most potential technology which conforms into the public demands among those workmanships since it is literally the most interconnected and applicable industry with reality. As the process of broadening its magnitude has accelerated, the public’s attention towards the technology has been raised. This paper conducts a brief research of how augmented reality is utilized in various facets by examining several coherent resources and theses.IntroductionThe Fourth Industrial Revolution has accompanied evolutionary techniques vividly approaching the mainstream of the market. Augmented reality (AR) is one of the emerging fields which are currently being invested by lize augmented reality have increased. Responding to these demands, corporations have released a technology which allows individuals to control and alter veritable goods. A gestural interface system “SixthSense,” developed by MIT, harnessed an advanced way to interplay with digital objects using physical gestures. The system facilitates the users to take reciprocal actions with information via natural hand gestures. (Cirulis, Arnis, and Egils Ginters. “Augmented reality in logistics.”) AR-based interfaces can also be used to control cars, entertainment, and household appliances such as heating systems. Interfacing system’s significance can be found from its versatile aspects which brought augmented reality closer to the public.Second, enterprises which engage in logistics are also nimbly accepting AR technology. Augmented Reality is renowned by its potentials since it is prospected to capacitate a quicker process of planning and operation tasks such as delivery and load optimization ano be capitalized in leisure activities since it promotes visual and physical activities which cannot be realized. To elaborate, this section would focus on three specific products: AR TV, Pokémon Go, and Zoo-AR.First, AR TV is one of the most affordable products to adapt new technologies. Starting from HD to 3D, corporations are devoted to generating new technology to maintain the consumer's desire to buy their commodities. Thus, augmented reality had turned out to be an essential step for enterprises to utilize for the sake of maintaining the competitive edge. SeeSpace, a firm which commenced InAir AR technology for TV is expanding their scope into augmented television. The new product utilizes a set-top box and the existing 3D applications which are the key element in conducting their technology. InAir enables contents or images to appear in front of or the side of the set for the feasible access without disturbing the view. (“Applications: Entertainment”)Second, augmented reality is positive view towards the adaptations of AR-based skills or apparatus since the world had only begun to reveal the surface of augmented reality’s potential advantages to people's health and well-being. The advantageous conveyance of medical knowledge can be done by the animated 3D-displays with the imposition of AR technology. Dr. Roger Joerger, a professor at a dental school utilizes augmented reality for his coursework and practicals for empirical studies of dental models. Regardless of their location and time, it enables students to a it enables the real-time provision of practical information. 감옥으로부터의 사색 모두가 한 번쯤은 들어보았을 법한 국민 소주, ‘처음처럼’의 글씨를 쓴 분이 바로 신영복 선생님이다. 글자 하나하나에 정성과 힘이 깃들어 있는 신영복 선생님의 자필 ‘처음처럼’ 상표 때문일까. 어느덧 이 소주는 초심의 마음자세를 갖고자 하는 사람들에게 희망과 격려를 전하는 것 같다. 신영복 선생님의 ‘감옥으로부터의 사색’ 또한 마찬가지이다. 20년간의 옥중 생활 속 그가 기록한 여러 편의 편지들과 노트들을 엮은 한 편의 수필은 현재까지도 많은 사람들의 눈시울을 뜨겁게하는 명작으로 손꼽힌다.하지만 작품의 내용이 너무나 심오한 탓일까. 익숙치 않은 책의 형식과 더불어 여태껏 접해오던 작품들과는 너무나 다른 주제의 내용은 이 책을 이해하는데 있어서 어려움을 주었다. 감옥에서의 삶과 생각들을 다룬 것인지라 작가의 원통함, 고립감, 무상감과 같은 주제를 예상하며 읽었다. 그러나 신영복 작가는 오히려 부모님께 안부인사를 전하고, 책을 읽은 경험, 지인들에 대한 자신의 심정과 당부 등의 어찌보면 평범한 이야기들을 기록해 놓았다. 그러나 때는 박정희 정부 시절, 통일혁명당 사건에 연루되어 사상범이라는 죄목하에 수감된 그의 삶은 이리 무난하고 평온하진 않았을 거란 생각이 들었다. 그의 고급스러우면서도 평탄한 문체 뒤편에 숨어있는 사연과 의미에 대한 고찰이 필요한 것 같았다.1968년 신영복은 통일혁명당 사건으로 구속되어 무기징역형을 선고받고 20년 20일을 복역한다. 신영복은 사상범인 것이다. 때는 박정희 독재정권 시절. 당시에는 틀린 사상은 용납되지 않았다. 그러나 이 세상에는 틀린 것이 아닌 다른 사상만이 존재할 뿐이다. 때문에 개개인의 자유를 보장해야 할 사회에서 사상범이 존재한다는 것 그 자체만으로도 부조리한 일이 아닐 수 없다. 또한 작가가 말하는 대로 침묵과 외부와의 거대한 벽만이 존재하는 감옥의 문화 속에서 견딘다는 것은 심리적으로 엄청난 중압감과 고통을 수반했을 것임에 틀림없다. 이러한 20년간의 옥살이를 견뎌낸 신영복의 강인한 힘의 원천은 바로 ‘독서’와 ‘사색’에 있다. 아버지에게 보낸 편지에는 자신이 읽은 책의 감상과 동양철학에 대한 깊은 관철의 과정이 편지에 드러나 있다. 사상과 신념이 자유롭지 못한 사회 속에서 꾸준한 독서로 자신의 신념을 다지고 유지해 나가려는 신영복의 소극적 반항이 인상적이다.무엇보다 작가가 강조한 것은 바로 독서와 사색의 반려이다. 독서가 여러 가지 가르침과 지혜를 전달해준다면 그것을 진정 자기 것으로 만드는 것은 사색의 역할이다. 어떤 것에 대해 깊이 생각하고 이치를 추구하는 사색은 다이아몬드의 가공 과정과도 같다. 겉으론 보기엔 일반적이고 사소한 돌멩이로 보일지는 몰라도 광물의 안쪽까지 파고들어 아름다운 모형으로 가공하면 세상에서 가장 귀한 보석, 즉 다이아몬드가 된다. 작가 신영복은 ‘감옥으로부터의 사색’을 통해 무엇을 얻으려고 한 것일까. 아마도 자신의 삶의 반려인 사상의 참된 가치를 깨달음으로써 삶의 의미를 찾으려고 한 것 같다.책에 이러한 구절이 있다. “우리가 가장 놀랐던 것은 엉뚱하게 ‘바깥’은 봄철이 아니라 뜨거운 여름이었다는 착각의 발견이었습니다. 계절의 한서에 아랑곳없이 우리의 머리 속에 그리는 바깥은 언제나 ’따스한 봄날‘이었던 것입니다.” 이는 작가가 지향하는 이상적인 세계의 모습이 존재함을 나타낸다. ’감옥으로부터의 사색‘을 강조한 신영복 작가는 현실에 굴하지 않으며 자신이 소중하다고 생각하는 것을 유지하고 이상을 추구하는 자세가 필요함을 우리에게 역설하는 것 같다.여름이 되면 자기 옆의 죄수들을 증오하게 된다던 신영복의 말은 당시의 감옥살이가 얼마나 힘들었을지 짐작하게 한다. 그의 글에 대한 철저한 검열 또한 고려한다면 그 고통은 짐작할 수 없을 정도이다. 이와 더불어 가족에게 내비친 죄송스러움과 안타까움은 독자의 마음을 울린다. 그럼에도 불구하고 자신의 신념을 목숨보다 중히 여기며 그곳에서의 삶을 한 그루의 소나무처럼 견뎌낸 신영복의 지조와 절개의 삶의 자세는 한국인들이 잃어버린 삶의 자세이기도 하다. 이러한 그의 고됐으면서도 옹골찬 삶의 결실이 현재까지도 명작으로 손꼽히는 고급스러우면서도 절제된 문체의 ‘감옥으로부터의 사색’과 아름다운 붓글씨 ’처음처럼‘으로 나타난 것이 아닐까 싶다.
