What emotions seem to trigger this behavior?Yes, I always carry my phone and check it frequently.I think I am addicted to the smartphone. I know that, but I can’t get out of it.I usually check the news, Kakaotalk, and Youtube.I search the Internet and check the messenger meaninglessly.Not when I watch a movie, but when I watch television, I use the smartphone at the same time. I feel uneasy without my smartphone. I'm afraid something is going to happen without me on the smartphone or there is a new call for me.Also, the too much news that I see on the internet, makes me feel bad.There is too much harmful thing such as Bad comments, bad news.I know that it will be solved if I don’t use my smartphone. But I can’t!!! it’s really, really terrible.
I think the internet and social media should be free of government control.First of all, the definition of the internet is a huge computer network. It can be connected everywhere.The easy accessibility is its biggest advantage. But easy accessibility could be the most problem too. The most serious problem is an online crime, such as cyberbullying and voice fishing.It is true that there is so much problem on the internet.But government control the internet? it doesn’t make sense.1. (자유, 인권) In the real world, crime happens everywhere, every day, every time. But police officer doesn’t always watch the people’s behavior. Because each citizen has their own personal information and privacy which should be protected. If I always watched by someone, I must be lost my liberty and human right. That means I lose myself. It’s clear human right violation.2. (실현 가능성) The Internet doesn’t have a limit of scale. Unlike the real world, the internet is an endless world. Even government tries to control the internet, they would not control the whole range of the internet and social media. Dangerous and inappropriate sites are restricted by the Korean government now. But inappropriate sites have remained. If a government tries to control the internet, some people would find other ways. The internet doesn’t have boundary, so if they want to control it, they need to agreement of the other countries. Can they do that? Can government ban the other countries site?3. (악용 위험성) If the government controls the internet, it would be abused by a bad person such as a corrupt politician. A man who has a bad mind, the internet would be the best tool of control the people. They would make fake news, prohibit the freedom of expression. 저는 지금부터 휠체어 장애인들의 복지 문화를 보장하기 위한 방법에 대해 설명하도록 하겠습니다.첫번째로는 유니버셜 영화관이 있습니다.이 도안은 유니버셜 디자인을 적용한 영화관의 예시 도안입니다. 가장 먼저 영화관을 가게 되면 좌석에 착석하기 위해 계단을 올라가야만 합니다. 이러한 이유에서 지금까지 장애인 배려석은 모두 화면 바로 앞이나 맨 뒤에 위치했는데요, 영화관의 통로를 낮은 경사로로 만들어 자신이 원하는 자리 어디에든 착석할 수 있게 설계 하였습니다. 좌석은 자동차 극장을 생각하시면 이해가 쉬우실 것 같습니다. 자리에는 영화관 의자가 있는 것이 아니라 넓게 나누어진 자리를 표시해 놓았습니다. 또한 장애인과 비장애인 모두가 이용할 수 있도록 뒤에는 접이식 의자를 부착할 것입니다.다음은 접이식 의자를 설명하기 위한 그림입니다. 케이티 엑스를 타면 입구 앞에 부착된 의자를 보신 적이 있으신가요? 그와 같은 형태의 의자를 부착할 것을 생각해 보았습니다. 왼쪽의 접혀져 있는 의자를 펼치면 오른쪽 모양과 같이 의자가 나오게 됩니다.지금까지 제 설명을 들으시면서 약간의 의구심을 느꼈을 것이라고 생각합니다. 너무 비효율적이다. 저렇게 넓은 자리를 제공하게 되면 가격을 더 받게 될것이고 그것 또한 부당하지 않은가? 과연 영화관들이 기존에 있던 영화관을 유니버셜 영화관으로 바꿔 줄까? 그래서 이러한 문제를 국가의 지원과 법률 제정을 통하여 규정할 것을 저희 조는 제안합니다. 앞에서 말씀드렸듯이 국가와 문화 예술 사업자는 장애인이 문화 예술 활동에 참여 할 수 있도록 정당한 편의를 제공하여야 할 의무가 있습니다. 따라서 모든 영화관을 유니버셜 디자인으로 바꾸는 것은 불가능 하지만, 몇개의 상영관 이상을 포함한 영화관은 의무적으로 유니버셜 디자인의 상영관이 있어야 하고, 이에 대한 비용적 지원을 국가에서 해 주어야 합니다. 예시로 8개의 영화관이 있으면 그중 하나는 유니버셜 디자인 상영관이여야 합니다. 국가의 재정적 지원과 유니버셜 디자인을 도입하였을때도 영화관에 금전적 피해가 가지 않는다고 한다면 영화관 측에서도 불만을 가지지 않을 것입니다.휠체어 장애인들을 배려한 유니버셜 디자인과 제도적 해결책에 대한 설명ㅇ은 여기서 마치도록 하겠습니다.
물음1) 객관적 관념론에서 신이 무한 정신이 전제되어 모든 존재를 보증하는데, 신이 정말 존재한다는 것을 어떻게 증명하는가? 신은 그저 인간의 불안을 해소하기 위해 만들어진 허구의 존재이지 않은가?이유1) 신이라는 초인간적이고 초자연적인 존재를 가정 하여 모든 세상의 근본을 정의내리려고 하는데, '과연 신이란 실제로 존재하는 가?'에 대한 의문을 가졌다. '불완전한 존재인 인간이 완전한 존재인 신을 생각할 수 없다'는 전재로 신이 존재한다고 주장하는데, 불완전하기에 완전한 존재를 갈망하고 갈구한다 생각한다. 신의 존재를 상상하지만 실제로 인지할 수가 없기에 그저 인간의 자아로 부터 형성된 존재라 생각한다.물음2) 인간의 정신과 관념은 어디서 부터 시작되는 것이며 만약 육체가 존재하지 않게 된다면(죽는 다면) 정신과 관념 역시 사라지는 걸까?이유2) 정신과 관념이 인상으로 부터 만들어진다는 의견이 정답이라면 죽었을때 사라지는 것이 맞겠지만, 만약 인상으로 부터가 아닌 다른 곳으로 부터 정신과 관념이 만들어지게 된다면 육체가 사라졌을때 이가 남아있을 수 있지 않을 까?라고 생각했다.
