Some people think if pets are allowed in the workplace, it would have a harmful effect. Because they think some of the workers are allergic to pets. However, the problem can be solved if companies have rules for having pets to work. For example, companies should provide pet-free offices to whom are allergic and put the spray on the pets that can keep them from spreading allergens. Likewise, If the pets are around the workplaces where the owners spend the most of their time a day, it can have positive effects on the teamwork among workers, and psychological stability for the workers as well as for the pets.
