1. Introduction
Nowadays, many people are looking for slow foods and they eat them. Why slow foods? Why people strive for slow foods? What is the slow foods? We heard frequently that the slow foods are good for our body. Why that? After you read this essay , You will know that the reason that can answer for above questions. I’ll write the function and advantage of slow foods in this essay. If you read this, then you will know more about the slow foods.

Fast foods are not safe for our body because we don’t know the part of materials and it may not heated inside, but slow foods are safe of that because we cooks foods ourselves, so we know the part and the origin of materials and heated inside entirely. Fast foods are made of base materials which grown by modern agriculture that needs much amount of chemical fertilizer and agricultural pesticides so pollutes the soil. However slow foods are made of base materials which grown by traditional agriculture that is safe from the chemical fertilizer and agricultural pesticides. And slow foods are made from the base materials which grown in the near region, which means they don’t have to spend much fuels to transport. Therefore, slow foods helpful for the environment. Slow foods have healing functions and prevent disease.
