초록

In the process plant industry, the concept and basic designs of a plant are performed by front end engineering design(FEED) companies, and the detailed design and construction are handled by engineering, construction, and procurement(EPC) companies. Equipment manufacturers supply EPC companies with various materials and equipment installed in the construction process.
EPC companies commission the plant to owners after the construction is completed. In this process, design and construction data are handed over as well. Plant operators manage the plant utilizing design, manufacture, and construction data. Various data generated in the entire plant lifecycle are interrelated. However, it is difficult to retrieve individual data and track other data associated with it, because they are produced by different stakeholders using different engineering systems. In this paper, we define an integration model for plant design, manufacture, construction, and maintenance data by referring to the information resources provided by the ISO 15926 standard. Based on the model, we design a platform that visualizes interconnected plant lifecycle data. After the design of the platform, a prototype system is implemented and an experiment of retrieving the plant lifecycle data is carried out on the sample data to confirm the validity of the integration model.
