성취평가제 확대 적용에 따른 대입전형 평가의 방향 (Direction of college admission evaluation based on the expanded application of the standard-based assessment)

초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 고교학점제와 2022개정교육과정에서 확대 적용되는 성취평가제의 문제점과 바람직한 대입전형 운영의 방향성을 탐색하는 것이다.
방법 이를 위하여 고교 교사와 대학 입학사정관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시, 질문지는 배경변인과 4개 영역에 대해 총 14개의 문항들로 구성되었으며 5점 리커트 척도로 작성되었다. 수집된 자료들에 대해서는 기술통계, t검정, 교차분석, 일원분산분석을 실시하였다. 설문결과의 타당도와 신뢰도를 확보하기 위해서 전문가 심층 인터뷰(고교 교사 및 입학사정관 각 2인)를 진행하였다.
결과 첫째, 성취평가제 확대 적용으로 학생부교과전형은 축소되고 학생부종합전형은 확대될 것이다. 둘째, 성취평가제 확대 적용시 학생부교과전형과 학생부종합전형 간의 경계가 모호해지고 학생부교과전형에서 정성평가 도입이 필요하다. 셋째, 학생 희망에따른 과목 선택 운영, 성적 부풀리기 정도에 대해서 입학사정관이 교사보다 더 부정적으로 인식하고 있었고, 학생부교과전형 평가에서 변별의 어려움을 보완하려는 방안으로 교사들은 면접 평가의 도입이나 강화를, 입학사정관들은 수능최저학력기준의 도입이나강화를 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.
결론 성취평가제 확대 적용 시 추가 전형요소 도입이 필요하고, 구체적인 방법은 대학의 특성과 역량에 따라 달리 적용되어야 한다.
바람직한 대입전형 평가를 위해서 고교는 학교생활기록부 기록의 신뢰도를 높이고, 대학은 평가자의 고등학교 교육과정에 대한 이해와 학교생활기록부 평가에 대한 역량 강화가 필요하다.

영어초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the problems of the standard-based assessment, which is expanded in the high school credit system and the 2022 revised curriculum, and the direction of desirable college admission operation.
Methods To this end, a survey was conducted on high school teachers and university admissions officers, and the questionnaire was composed of a background variable and a total of 14 questions in 4 areas and was prepared on a 5-point Likert scale. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, t-test, cross-analysis, and one-way variance analysis were conducted. In-depth interviews with experts (two high school teachers and admissions officers each) were conducted to secure the validity and reliability of the survey results.
Results First, the expansion of the standard-based assessment will reduce the student sub-curricular screening and expand the comprehensive student sub-curricular screening. Second, when the standard-based assessment is expanded, the boundary between the student sub-curricular screening and the student sub-curricular screening is blurred, and it is necessary to introduce qualitative evaluation in the student sub-curricular screening.
Third, admissions officers were more negatively aware of the operation of subject selection and grade inflation according to student wishes than teachers, and teachers preferred to introduce or strengthen interview evaluation and admissions officers preferred to introduce or strengthen the minimum academic standards for the CSAT as a way to compensate for the difficulty of discrimination in student sub-curricular evaluation.
