경호직 직업윤리정립을 위한 경호무도교육 방안 연구 (A study on the measures of security martial arts education for establishing professional ethics of the guard)

초록

본 연구에서는 직업윤리와 경호무도에 관한 선행연구를 고찰하고 경호 관련학과의 직업윤리 교육 현황과 경호무도 교육 현황을 분석하여 경호직 종사자의 직업윤리정립을 위한 경호무도 교육 방안을 학습 및 교수 측면, 제도적 측면, 정책적 측면으로 구분하여 제시하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 학습 및 교수 측면에서 경호무도교육은 교육방법의 다양성을 확보해야 한다. 현행 경호무도 수업은 경호무도의 육체적 수련을 위주로 이루어지고 있으며 이론수업이 없거나 형식적으로 진행되고 있다. 또한 무도수련을 했다고 하여 모두 무도 능력이 탁월한 것이 아니며 정신적으로 무도의 이상적인 정신성을 갖고 있는 것이 아니다. 그러므로 무도의 기본인 일원론적인 측면에서 무도의 정신적인 면과 육체적 수련이 함께 할 때 비로소 문무를 겸비한 전문 경호직 종사자로 거듭나기 위해서는 수업 방법의 조건, 제한점, 효과성 등을 고려하여 학습자 수준에 맞는 교육방법을 개발, 활용해야 한다. 대부분의 경호 관련학과에서는 1학년부터 4학년까지 매 학기 경호무도 수업이 있으므로 학점의 비율을 높여 전공과목의 중요한 역할을 할 수 있도록 장기적인 교육방법을 연구해야 한다.
둘째, 제도적 측면에서 경호직 직업윤리 과목 담당 교수의 자질과 전문성이 고려되어야 한다. 실제 직장에서 발생하는 경호직 종사자의 윤리적 갈등 상황에 대한 이해력, 사명감, 전반적 윤리철학과 이론에 대한 지식을 바탕으로 경호직 직업윤리문제 해결방안을 구체적으로 제시할 수 있는 교수의 양성과 연구 교육이 필요하다.
현재 대학, 대학원에서는 직업윤리, 경호무도 등 전공의 세분화가 이루어져 있지 않다. 대학과 대학원 등의 양성과정에서 직업윤리 경호무도 관련 교과목을 이수하여 직업과 직업 세계에 대한 이해뿐 아니라 경호직 직업윤리정립을 위한 경호무도의 정신성과 육체적 수련에 대한 지식을 충분히 습득하도록 해야 할 것이다. 또한, 경호직 직업윤리교육 방안을 위한 무도수련이 학교에서만 실시되는 것이 아니라, 졸업 후 직장 생활 전반에 걸쳐 실시되어야 하므로 대학과 대학원 등 교육기관에서 경호직 종사자가 겪고 있는 윤리적 문제에 대한 해결방안을 위한 경호무도정신을 함양의 중요성에 관한 학문적 기초 연구가 지속적으로 전개되어야 할 것이다.
셋째, 정책적 측면에서 경호직과 관련한 각종 학회 및 협회에서 경호직 윤리정립을 위한 정기적인 연수 또는 세미나의 기회도 제공되어야 한다. 또한 경호직 관련 자격시험에 경호무도의 육체적 수련을 위한 승단시험과 정신적 수련을 위한 경호직 특수 직업윤리를 함양할 수 있는 교육으로 발전할 수 있는 계기를 마련해야 한다.

영어초록

This study intended to consider precedent studies on professional ethics and security marital arts, analyze professional ethics education situation security marital arts education situation of the department related to guard and suggest the measures of security marital arts education for establishing professional ethics of bodyguard by dividing into studying and teaching aspect, systematic aspect and political aspect as follows.
The first, security marital arts education must secure variety of educational methods from the studying and teaching aspect. The current classes of security marital arts focus on physical training of security marital arts. And, there is no theoretical class or it is progressed formally. Also, although students got marital arts training, all of them neither be excellent for the ability of marital arts nor have ideal spirit of marital arts mentally. So, when considering both mental aspect of marital arts and its physical training from monistic aspect which is the basic of marital arts, they can be professional bodyguards who have literary and martial arts. For that, the educational methods suitable for the standard of learners must be developed and applied by considering conditions of teaching method, limitations, effectiveness, etc. In most of departments related to guard, there are classes of security marital arts every semester from freshmen to seniors, so long-term educational methods must be studied so as to play an important role of majors by raising the rate of credits.
The second, qualifications and professionalism of professors in charge of the subject of professional ethics of the guard must be considered from the systematic aspect. It's necessary to train professors who can suggest the solutions of professional ethics of the guard concretely based on the knowledge of understanding for bodyguard's ethical conflicts occurred in actual working place, sense of duty and general ethical philosophy and theory and teach them how to study. In the current universities and graduate schools, the subdivision of majors such as professional ethics, security marital arts, etc. is not achieved. In the training course of universities, graduate schools, etc, they must complete subjects related to professional ethics and security marital arts so that they can understand profession and professional world as well as obtain the knowledge of security marital arts' spirit and physical training for establishing professional ethics of the guard sufficiently. In addition, marital arts training for the measures of professional ethics education of the guard must be fulfilled not only schools but also general company lives after their graduation, so academic fundamental studies on the importance of security marital arts spirit's cultivation for the solution of ethical problems bodyguards are experiencing in educational institutions such as universities, graduate schools, etc. must be conducted continuously.
The third, the opportunities of periodical training or seminar for establishing ethics of the guard in all kinds of societies and associations related to the guard must be provided from the political aspect. In addition, the opportunity developing level test for physical training of security marital arts and education which cultivates the guard's own professional ethics for mental training must be prepared in the qualifying examination related to the guard.
