초록

The purpose of this study dissertation examined the linkages between dimensions of transformational leadership and employees’ organization commitment focusing on the maturity of employees. Dimensions of transformational leadership was classified into four factors : charisma, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration, inspiration motivation. Organization commitment was classified into three factors : affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment. Maturity was classified into two factors : job maturity, psychological maturity.
The final, 235 surveys out of 250 were used for this analysis. I used frequency analysis to examie the characteristics of the statistical population for the survey participants(n=224). By the Results indicated that articulating a vision, providing an approach model, and individual consideration were significantly related to affective, continual and normative commitment. The Results also indicate that articulating a vision, psychological maturity were significantly related to affective, continual and normative commitment.
