체육전담제 수업에 대한 학습자 인식 (Learners' Perception of Physical Education Teachers's Classes)

초록

이 연구는 초등학교에서 시행되고 있는 체육전담제 수업에 대한 학습자 인식을 분석하기 위하여 수행되었으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 체육전담제 수업의 만족도는 전체 79%가 긍정적이며, 남학생이 여학생에 비해 높게 나타났고, 학년 간, 성별 간 모두에서 차이(p＜.01)가 나타났다. 둘째, 체육시간의 기대감은 전체 61.8%가 긍정적이며, 남학생이 여학생에 비해 높고 6학년과 성별 간에서 차이(p＜.01)가 나타났다. 셋째, 체육수업을 선호하는 이유는 체력과 건강 도움이 가장 높게, 성별 간에서 남학생은 체육에 관심이 많아서가 여학생은 체력과 건강 도움이 가장 높게 나타났고, 6학년과 성별 간에서 차이(p＜.01)가 나타났다. 넷째, 체력 증진의 도움여부는 전체 85.7%가 긍정적이며, 남학생이 여학생에 비해 높게 나타났고, 6학년과 성별 간에서 차이(p＜.01)가 나타났다. 다섯째, 운동기능 향상의 도움여부는 전체 84.9%가 긍정적이며 성별 간에서 남학생이 여학생에 비해 높게 나타났고, 6학년에서는 (p＜.01)로, 5학년과 성별 간에서는(p＜.05)의 차이가 나타났다. 여섯째, 건강 지식습득의 도움여부는 전체 80.4%가 긍정적이며, 남학생이 여학생에 비해 높게 나타났고, 6학년에서는 (p＜.01)로, 성별 간에서는(p＜.05)의 차이가 나타났다. 일곱째, 사회성 함양의 도움여부는 전체 70.6%가 긍정적이며, 남학생이 여학생에 비해 높게 나타났고, 5학년에서는 (p＜.05)로, 6학년과 성별 간에서는 (p＜.01)의 차이가 나타났다. 여덟째, 경기규칙 습득의 도움여부는 전체 91.0%의 높은 반응을 보였으며, 학년 간에서 5학년이 6학년에 비해 높은 반응으로 나타났고, 6학년 남학생이 가장 높게, 5학년 여학생이 가장 낮게 나타났고, 5학년과 6학년에서(p＜.05)의 차이가 나타났다.

영어초록

This study was performed to give basic data needed for increasing operation efficiency of physical education curriculum and promoting normalization of physical education by analyzing learners' perception of the physical education teachers's classes of the elementary schools. The results are as follows:
First, in the category of satisfaction level of the physical education teachers's classes, 79% answered positively. In the distinction of sex, 84.7% of boy students answered positively and 73.4% of girl students answered positively. Boy students showed higher satisfaction level than girl students. The 5th graders, the 6th graders and the distinction of sex showed significant difference(p<.01). Second, in the category of expectancy level of the physical education classes, 61.8% answered positively. In the distinction of sex, 72.5% of boy students answered positively and 51.1% of girl students answered positively. Boy students showed higher expectancy level than girl students. The 6th graders and the distinction of sex showed significant difference(p<.01). Third, in the category of reason of preference for physical education classes, students selected 'physical strength and health promotion' most. In the distinction of sex, boy students selected 'high interest in physical education most and girl students selected 'physical strength and health promotion' most. The 6th graders and the distinction of sex showed significant difference(p<.01). Fourth, in the category of helpfulness to promotion of physical strength, 85.7% answered positively. In the distinction of sex, 87.3% of boy students answered positively and 84.0% of girl students answered positively. Boy students showed higher level than girl students. The 6th graders and the distinction of sex showed significant difference(p<.01). Fifth, in the category of helpfulness to promotion of exercise function, 84.9% answered positively. In the distinction of sex, 88.9% of boy students answered positively and 80.9% of girl students answered positively. Boy students showed higher level than girl students. The 6th graders(p<.01), and the 5th graders and the distinction of sex(p<.05) showed significant difference. Sixth, in the category of helpfulness to acquisition of health knowledge, 80.4% answered positively. In the distinction of sex, 85.7% of boy students answered positively and 75.0% of girl students answered positively. Boy students showed higher level than girl students. The 6th graders(p<.01) and the distinction of sex(p<.05) showed significant difference. Seventh, in the category of helpfulness to cultivation of sociality, 70.6% answered positively. In the distinction of sex, 75.7% of boy students answered positively and 65.4% of girl students answered positively. Boy students showed higher level than girl students. The 5th graders(p<.05), and the 6th graders and the distinction of sex(p<.01) showed significant difference. Eighth, in the category of helpfulness to aquisition of game rules, 91.0% answered positively. In the distinction of grade, the 5th graders showed higher level than the 6th graders The 6th grade boy students showed the highest level and the 5th grade girl students showed the lowest level. The 5th graders and the 6th graders showed significant difference(p<.05).
