정율성 예술정신과 한⋅중 문화교류론 재검토 (An Introduction to the Theory of Cultural Exchange between Korea and China in the Arts of Jeong, Yul-seong)

초록

본 논문은 한류로 대표되는 문화산업의 침체 상황을 정면에서 개선하고 나아가 향후 지속적인 한중문화교류의 발전을 보장하는 방법으로서 어떠한 문화자원과 논리가 중국의 각성을 촉구할 수 있는지에 관한 연구이다.
정율성(1914.7.7.∼1976.12.7.)은 대한민국이 출신으로 중국에서 항일 운동과 항일투쟁을 음악예술가로서 탁월한 업적을 남긴 예술가이다.
그리고 그의 예술정신은 한중 공동의 유산이며 한중문화교류의 기본적 초석 가운데 하나이다.
본 논문은 향후 한중문화교류의 중단 없는 발전을 위해 세 가지 논리를 제시하였다. 첫째, 20세기 동아시아 근대론, 둘째, 문화수도론, 셋째, 관광 벨트론이 그것이다. 이 모두는 정율성 예술의 본연의 정신, 국정 아젠더, 지역경제의 활성화라는 현실적이고 객관적인 목표와 관계되는 논리이며, 나아가 한중문화교류를 장기적이고 지속적으로 보장하는 방법이다.
정율성의 시기별 행적 가운데 특정한 한 부분을 중점적으로 부각하여 폄훼를 반복하는 단견은 20세기 동아시아 근대 및 민족독립운동에 헌신 하였던 예술가의 창작정신에 대한 위배이며, 한중문화교류를 추동할 가장 중요한 고리를 사상하는 단견이다.
정율성 예술의 본연의 위치와 위상으로부터 이 점은 극복되어야 하며, 오히려 정율성 예술정신의 가치를 현재화함으로써 한중문화교류의 교착 국면을 타개하는 데 유리한 논리를 정율성 관련 문화유산으로 부터 제시하였다.

영어초록

This paper is a study on what cultural resources and logic can urge China’s awakening as a way to improve the downturn situation of cultural industry represented by hallyu from the front and further ensure the development of continuous cultural exchanges between Korea and China in the future.
Jeong, Yul-seong (1914.7.7.-1976.12.7. 鄭律成, Zheng Lücheng) is a native of South Korea and an artist who has made outstanding achievements as a music artist in the anti-Japanese movement and struggle against Japanese colonialism in China. And his artistic spirit is a common heritage between Korea and China and one of the basic cornerstone of cultural exchange between Korea and China.
This paper put forward three logic for the uninterrupted development of cultural exchange between Korea and China in the future. First, the modernism of East Asia in the 20th century, second, the cultural capital theory, and third, the tourism belt theory. All of these are logic related to the realistic and objective goal of the original spirit of Jeong, Yul-sung art, the state affairs agenda and the revitalization of the local economy, and furthermore, the method of ensuring long-term and continuous cultural exchanges between Korea and China.
The short-sightedness of repeating denigrations by focusing on one particular part of Jeong, Yul-seong’s achievements in each period is a violation of the artist’s creative spirit devoted to modern East Asia and the national independence movement in the 20th century, and is the most important short-sighted thought for promoting cultural exchanges between Korea and China.
This point should be overcome from the original location and status of the art of Jeong, Yul-seong, and instead, the logic favorable to breaking the deadlock in cultural exchange between Korea and China was presented from the cultural heritage related to Jeong, Yul-seong by the presentation of the value of the art spirit.
