장애인재활상담사의 재활실습 운영기준 탐색 (An Exploratory Study on the Establishment of Rehabilitation Practicum Operation Standards for Rehabilitation Counselors)

초록

본 연구는 장애인재활상담사를 대상으로 재활실습의 적합한 운영기준과 표준지침을 마련하기 위한 탐색적 연구로 진행하였다. 연구의 주된 내용은 현장 실습교육의 실태와 여건을 파악하고자 재활기관의 실습운영 현황, 실습지도자의 수퍼비전, 실습의 적절한 운영기준에 관한 사항 등에 대한 실태조사를 실시하였고, 이에 대한 실습교육의 운영기준 제시와 개선방안을 도출하였다. 연구에 활용된 분석 자료는 한국장애인재활상담사협회의 ‘재활실습 운영기준 마련을 위한 실태조사’에 응답한 146명의 자료를 활용하였다. 분석방법은 빈도와 기술통계, 교차분석을 실시하였고, 주요변인의 분포의 차이를 살펴보고자 X²(카이제곱)검정을 실시하였다.
주요 결과를 살펴보면, 재활실습에 필요한 운영기준으로 실습지도자의 최소자격은 1급이 3년, 2급이 5년이 적절한 것으로 나타났고, 학생들이 실습 전 이수해야 할 최소 필수 교과목은 필수 7과목과 선택 2과목이, 실습운영의 적정시간은 평균 151시간이, 1인당 실습지도자의 적정 실습인원은 3.2명, 1인당 적정 실습비용은 12.6만원으로 나타났다. 또한, 현장실습의 수퍼비전의 수준과 실습지도자의 자격, 지역, 실습경력에 유미미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 추가연구가 필요함을 제시하였다. 결론으로 향후 장애인재활상담사 재활실습의 운영기준 마련을 위한 작업에 기초가 될 수 있도록 실천적, 제도적, 학문적인 연구의 제언과 제한점을 제시하였다.

This study was conducted as an exploratory study for rehabilitation counselors to develop appropriate operational standards and standard guidelines for rehabilitation practicum.
The main content of the study is to investigate the grasp the situation and conditions of rehabilitation practicum. The surveys were conducted on the status of rehabilitation practicum institute, supervision of the supervisor, and proper operation standards of the practice. Based on this survey, rehabilitation practicum operation standard and improvement plan were derived.
The analysis data used in the study utilized 146 persons who responded to the 'Survey on the Establishment Rehabilitation practicum Standards' of the Korea Association of Rehabilitation Counselor. Analysis methods were frequency, descriptive statistics, and cross analysis. In addition, the X² (Chi square) test was conducted to examine the differences in the distribution of the main variables.
The results of this study are as follows: First, it was found that the minimum qualification for supervisor is 3 years for the first grade and 5 years for the second grade, the appropriate number of apprentice student per supervisor is 3.2. second, The minimum required subjects for the students to complete before rehabilitation practicum were 7 required courses and 2 elective courses. Third, The appropriate time for rehabilitation practicum is 151 hours on average, Fourth, The appropriate rehabilitation practicum cost per an apprentice student was 126,000 won. In addition, the level of supervision of rehabilitation practicum showed a significant difference in the qualifications of the supervisor, the region,, and the career experience.
Finally, I proposed suggestions and limitations of practical, institutional, and academic researches so as to be the foundation for the establishment of the operating standards for future rehabilitation practicum of Rehabilitation Counselor.
