자원봉사자의 자아실현자원봉사활동에 대한 참여동기･봉사만족도의 영향력에 관한 연구 (A study on effects of participation motivation, satisfaction with the service of self-realization volunteering volunteers)

초록

자원봉사활동은 우리 사회가 복지사회를 지향하면서 자발적이고 적극적인 참여의 필요성이 대두되고 이에 시민의 참여활동을 새롭게 인식하면서 봉사활동 참여와 함께 이를 통해 욕구를 실현하려는 인식이 높아지고 있다. 이에 성남시 자원봉사센터의 자원봉사자 394명을 중심으로 자아실현자원봉사활동에 관련변인들이 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 참여동기, 봉사만족도, 자아실현봉사활동이 인구사회학적 변인에 따라 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위해 t- test, ANOVA분석을 실시한 결과, 자원봉사자의 자아실현자원봉사활동은 인구학적 요인(성별, 연령, 소득수준, 종교, 봉사횟수)과 사회학적 요인(생활활용, 참여적극성, 참여보람)이 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
인구학적인 요인에 있어 여성은 동료와의 관계, 참여동기가 높은 것으로 봉사의 보람과 함께 봉사하는 동료들과 서로 인정하고 격려하며 원만한 인간관계를 통하여 참여동기를 느끼는 것이 남성보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연령에 있어 관심지지도는 50대가 높으며, 나이가 많을수록 원만한 인간관계를 가지며 자아실현자원봉사활동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 은퇴 후의 생활에 있어 삶에 대한 욕구 및 자아실현을 봉사활동을 통해 하려는 것과 연관이 있음을 알 수 있다. 자원봉사횟수는 주 4회이상으로 봉사시간이 많아질수록 가족이나 주위사람들의 관심지지도가 높고, 동료와의 관계가 좋아지며 봉사지속의지가 높아 봉사를 통해 욕구충족과 함께 생활만족도를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 봉사횟수가 많아짐에 따라 자신을 유용한 존재라고 느끼고 삶에 의미를 부여하면서 자아실현자원봉사를 하는 것으로 나타났다.
사회학적인 요인에 있어 봉사활동을 자신의 일상생활에 활용하고, 적극적으로 활동에 참여하며, 봉사활동을 통해 보람을 느끼는 것이 주의사람이나 가족으로 부터 받는 관심지지도, 봉사활동을 통해서 만나는 담당자와의 관계, 동료와의 관계, 봉사활동을 하면서 느끼는 봉사업무흥미도, 봉사를 지속하겠다는 지속의지, 봉사에 참여하게 되는 참여동기, 봉사를 통해서 느끼는 만족도, 자아실현봉사활동이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
인구사회학적 특성에 따른 참여동기, 봉사만족도, 자아실현자원봉사활동에 미치는 영향력을 확인하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 1단계에서는 연령이 많을수록, 봉사횟수가 주 1회이상 일수록, 생활활용이 높을수록 자아실현자원봉사활동 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2단계는 관심지지도가 많을수록, 담당자와의 관계가 좋을수록 자아실현자원봉사활동 정도가 높으며. 3단계에서는 생활활용이 많을수록, 가족이나 주위사람들의 관심지지도가 높을수록, 자원봉사활동에 참여동기가 높을수록 자아실현봉사활동 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
따라서 앞으로 자원봉사활동은 자신의 도움을 필요로 하는 사람을 도와주면서 신체적, 정신적, 감정적으로 건강한 삶을 바탕으로 보람있는 삶을 체험하는 생활의 질적인 측면에 초점을 두어야 한다. 또한 봉사활동에 참여하는 동기가 높아 봉사활동을 지속적으로 할 수 있으며, 가족이나 주위사람으로 부터 관심을 받아 봉사활동의 효과가 극대화가 이루어져야 한다. 봉사활동을 통해서 자신이 가지고 있는 잠재능력을 개발하고 활용할 수 있으며 자아실현을 할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램과 함께 체계적인 자원봉사 네트워크 구축이 마련되어야 한다.

This study is self-realization of around 394 people to volunteer Volunteer Center Volunteer activities related variables were analyzed the affected on.
The participation motivation, volunteer satisfaction, self-realization volunteering was conducted t- test, ANOVA analysis to determine the effect according to sociodemographic variables. Volunteers self-realization of the volunteer demographic factors (gender, age, income, religion, and service number) and sociological factors (living utilization and participation activeness, participation and rewarding) showed a significant effect on this.
As in demographic factors, women are highly relevant, Motivation with colleagues than men, women are to be higher than men recognized each other fellow to serve with rewarding volunteer and encouragement and to feel Motivation through harmonious relationship appear. Age approval rating is high interest in exchange for 50, it showed that age has a more harmonious relationship the higher the self-realization volunteering. It is related that in life after retirement to self-realization through volunteering the desire for life. Service number was found weeks more the service time increased by four times or more the higher the approval rating interested people family and around good relationships with fellow increased, service continued willingness, through service to increase life satisfaction with the desire to meet. Also it showed their presence felt as useful, depending on the number of service increased, giving meaning to the life of a volunteer self-realization.
In the sociological factors utilized to volunteer in life, and actively participate in volunteer activities, approval ratings to interested feel rewarded through volunteering, relationships with staff, relationship, serving business interests and associates, serve sustainable commitment, showed that high volunteer participation motivation, service satisfaction, self-realization.
A regression analysis to determine the impact on Motivation, service satisfaction, self-realization volunteering according to demographic characteristics were conducted. The more one stage, age, number of times the service the more per week, higher living utilization showed a high degree of self-realization volunteering. The second phase is more interested in approval ratings, The better the relationship with the team showed a high degree of self-realization volunteering. In Step 3, the more lives leverage, the higher the approval rating of interested families and the people around, the higher the motivation to participate in volunteer service activities showed a high degree of self-realization.
Therefore, future volunteer activities while helping those who need their help should focus on the qualitative aspects of life to experience the rewarding life based on the physical, mental and emotionally healthy life. Also must be able to continuously increase the motivation to volunteer to participate in volunteer activities, they receive the attention from family and people around should be made to maximize the effectiveness of volunteer activities. Through the development of service activities and the potential that they have to be prepared to take advantage and build systematic volunteer network with a variety of programs that can self-realization.
