청년 실업문제 해소를 위한 기업실적과 일자리 공급의 연계 방안 연구 (A Study on the job supply policy linked with corporate performance for solving the youth unemployment issue)

초록

Recently in Korea the lack of jobs and the youth unemployment rate is even more serious social issue especially the age group of 20s and 30s. In this paper, the cause of high unemployment rate of 20s and 30s' jobs based on the public statistics released is the lack of job supply from corporate side.
We presented an algorithm for calculating the number of new jobs for 20s and 30s based on corporate business performance. The company that exceeds industry average operating margin for the three consecutive business years should hire new employees by the algorithm for calculating new jobs.
The algorithm in this paper considers three items. The operating profit of the company, the structure of labor productivity of workforce and the operating income per capita contribution was reflected in the amount of new jobs. The operating income of the company and its industry average is to reflect the estimate of new jobs.
With the public common opinion, we would suggest this algorithm for designing and developing new job policy of 20s and 30s in the national economy. The agreement for corporate social responsibility as the basic principles should be accepted in near future and the quantitative research for new jobs based on corporate's operating profit is to be applied in practice with Powersim Software modeling tool.
