초록

목적 이 연구는 최근 발표된 2022 개정 교육과정 총론 주요 사항(2021.11.24)이 중학교 교육과정 운영 경험에 비추어 초래할 문제와 쟁점을 살펴보고 나아가 개선 과제를 탐색하여 그 대안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
방법 주요 사항의 내용을 분석하고 이를 2015 교육과정 운영 경험에 비추어 비판적으로 이해하였다. 개정 발표에 따르면, 중학교교육과정은 총론적으로 디지털 기초소양과 정보교육 확대, 자유학기와 진로연계학기의 연결, 학교스포츠클럽 활동의 축소, 연 68시간의 학교자율시간 확보와 학교선택과목 개설 확대 등에서 특징을 드러냈다. 2015 개정 교육과정의 학교 현장 운영 경험을 반영하는 것이 또 다른 시행착오를 줄일 것으로 본다.
결과 연구 결과에 따르면, 첫째, 디지털이 기초소양이라면 이에 맞게 정보 과목의 부족한 시수로부터 같은 교과(군)에 속한 과학, 기술 과목이 정보교육의 역할을 분담하여 이공계 교과목에 정보 교육내용을 다수 포함하고, 기술과 가정 교과 분리하여 중학교 기술교육에서 인공지능, 메이커 등 IT 융합 교육을 강화하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 코로나와 겹쳐 학력저하 등을 초래하는 1학년의 자유학기(학년)제를 아예 폐지하고 실질적인 진로지도가 교과 안(속)에서 지속적으로 이루어지면서 3학년 2학기에 진로연계교육를 제대로 운영하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 학교스포츠클럽 활동을 포함하여 창의적 체험활동의 체육형 클럽활동 등을 여러 곳에 분산하기보다 ‘체육’과 속에 모두 통합해야 할 것이다. 넷째, 학년당 68시간으로 확보한 학교자율시간의 사용을 활용하여 모든 교과에 적용하기로 한 민주시민교육, 생태전환교육, 노동인권교육이 강제적 주입이나 교화가 되지 않기 위해서는 보이텔스바흐 협약에 맞게 정치시민교육이 이루어지도록 유념할 필요가 있다.
결론 따라서 중학교 교육과정 총론 개정은 학교급 목표, 인간상, 핵심역량 등의 중복을 대폭 줄이고, 학교자율시간을 적극 이용해서급락한 기본학력을 끌어올리며, 사실과 과학적 내용을 중심으로 하되, 굳이 논쟁적인 내용은 보이텔스바흐 협약을 도입하여 세뇌와주입을 피하며, 현장의 운영 경험과 지혜를 반영하면 더 나은 개정이 될 수 있다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the problems and issues that the recently announced 2022 revised curriculum summary will cause in light of the middle school curriculum operation experience, and further explore improvement tasks and suggest alternatives.
Methods The contents of major issues were analyzed and critically understood in light of the 2015 curriculum operation experience. According to the revised announcement, the middle school curriculum is broadly designed to expand digital basic literacy and information education, connect free semesters and career-related semesters, reduce school sports club activities, secure 68 hours of school autonomous time per year, and expand the opening of school elective courses. Characterized by, etc. Reflecting the school field operation experience of the 2015 revised curriculum is expected to reduce another trial and error.
Results According to the research results, first, if digital is basic literacy, science and technology subjects belonging to the same subject (district) share the role of information education from insufficient number of hours in information subjects, so that many information education contents are included in science and engineering subjects. It is necessary to strengthen IT convergence education such as artificial intelligence and maker in middle school technical education by separating technology and home subjects. Second, it is important to abolish the free semester system for the first year, which causes academic decline due to the corona virus, and to properly operate career-related education in the second semester of the third year as practical career guidance is continuously provided within the curriculum. need. Third, instead of dispersing creative experiential activities such as physical education club activities in several places, including school sports club activities, it is necessary to integrate them all into the ‘Physical Education’ section. Conclusions Therefore, the revision of the general summary of the middle school curriculum will greatly reduce the overlap of school-level goals, human image, and core competencies, actively utilize the school autonomous time to raise the basic academic ability that has plummeted, and focus on facts and scientific content, but avoid controversial content. By introducing the Wojtelsbach Agreement, brainwashing and infusion are avoided, and the revision can be better if it reflects the operational experience and wisdom of the field.
