초록

The only few researchers had studied on the themes of the east legal
philosophy in the early years of the end of the World War Ⅱ. These days
were the period which the tendencies of methodology of Western law was
overflown. Only few scholars can decipher the Chinese letter and
composition at these times. These had studied on legal philosophical themes
with sincerity of the Korean original classical text. But such these research
abilities of them can not be succeed to the younger scholars continuously.
The researcher of the western legal philosophy had begun to study on
the oriental philosophy of law with his methodology in ages of 1970. The
introduction of the oriental legal philosophy is appeared with correspondence
to the western legal philosophical themes by these scholars. Their research
is at a level with enumerating the legal philosophical items. The research
of the last generation of oriental scholar slowly disappears from the
academic circle at these days.
Substantial research on the themes of oriental legal philosophy has been
begun by expert researchers of the oriental classical text in late 80. These
researches of these days is unfolded with the effort to examine the
substance of the original text closely fully. we can understood all researches
process as stated above to the course to set a oriental legal philosophical
study foundation up.
Now we can at last research on the practical themes of the whole legal
fields in oriental philosophy of law into 2000. I want to make affirmative assessment about the research result of East legal philosophy now.
Nevertheless we must reach to the level of right understanding about the
classical text, devote ourself to the establish an unique outlook on the world
over the west and orient.
