미래 대학교육과 인재상의 방향성 탐색 연구: 국내 대학 인재상 분석을 중심으로 (Exploring the direction of university education and Models of Human beings: By analyzing domestic university cases)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 대학 인재상을 탐색하고, 미래 대학 인재상 설정의 방향성을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 먼저 대학의 형성과 변화 과정에서 인재상의 변천 및 미래 사회 변화에 따라 요청되는 인재상의 특성을 살펴보고, 거점국립대를 비롯한 16개 국내 대학의 인재상을 내용 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기술적 측면에서 ‘~한 인재’로 기술하며, 해당 대학만의 독특한 표현을 사용하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 내용적 측면에서 창의와 창조, 도전과 혁신, 소통과 협동, 지식과 전문성, 리더와 글로벌/글로컬 특성을 강조하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 토대로 미래 대학의 인재상으로서 첫째, 새로움을 지향하는 창의적이고 혁신적인 인재, 둘째, 나와 모두가 함께 행복한 어울림 인재, 셋째, 디지털 리터러시 역량을 갖춘 뛰어난 인재를 제안하였다. 대학의 인재상은 대학의 가치와 정체성을 내포하며, 미래 사회의 요구에 부응하고 대학의 교육적 방향성을 정립하는 역할을 한다는 측면에서, 본 연구의 결과는 대학 인재상의 현황과 나아갈 방향을 파악하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the university talent image and to suggest the direction of setting the future university talent image. To this end, the characteristics of the talent image required according to the changes in the talent image in the process of forming the university and the changes in the future society and universities were first examined, and the talent image of 16 domestic universities was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the university used its own unique expression, describing it as '~~ person' in terms of technology. In addition, in terms of content, it emphasized creativity and creation, challenge and innovation, communication and cooperation, knowledge and expertise, and leaders and global/glocal characteristics. Based on this, first, creative and innovative talents aiming for newness, and happy social talent with both me and I were proposed as future university talent, third, outstanding talents with digital literacy capabilities. The ideal of university talent shows the value and identity of the university, responds to the needs of the future society, and plays a key role in establishing the educational direction of the university. In this respect, the results of this study are expected to be used as basic data to understand the current status and direction of university talent.
