골프클럽에 따른 양발의 지면반력 차이 비교 (A Study About Difference of Ground Reaction Forces on foot with Golf Clubs)

초록

골프클럽에 따른 양발의 힘의 배분을 알아보고자 오른손잡이 여자프로 4명을 대상으로 압력판을 이용하여 숏아연, 미들아연, 롱아연, 그리고 드라이버의 스윙 동작을 분석하였다.
연구결과, 어드레스 국면에서는 기준자세에 비해서 왼발은 공의 진행 방향 쪽으로 힘을 가하고, 오른발은 반대방향으로 힘을 가해주는 것이 좋으며, 클럽이 길어질수록 그 차이를 더욱 크게 하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다. 드라이버는 미들아연에 비해서 왼발은 뒤꿈치, 오른발은 앞꿈치 쪽으로 힘을 더 가해주는 것이 바람직하고, 클럽이 짧아질수록 오른발의 수직력을 크게 하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다.
백스윙 정점에서 왼발은 공의 진행방향으로 오른발은 반대방향으로 힘을 가해주는 것이 바람직하며 특히 드라이버의 경우에 더욱 그러해 보인다. 또한 대부분 오른발의 뒷부분에 체중이 실리도록 하는 것이 바람직하지만, 미들아연의 경우에는 왼발은 뒤꿈치, 오른발은 앞꿈치쪽에 힘을 가해주는 것이 바람직해 보인다. 수직방향으로는 왼발보다는 오른발쪽에 더 가해주고, 특히 미들아연은 더욱 그렇게 하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다.
임팩트 순간에는 클럽에 관계없이 왼발은 공의 진행 방향으로, 오른발은 반대방향으로 힘을 더 가해주는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 드라이버는 아연에 비해서 왼발은 앞꿈치, 오른발은 뒤꿈치 쪽으로, 그리고 숏 아연은 미들아연에 비해서 왼발은 뒤꿈치 오른발은 앞꿈치쪽으로 더 가해주는 것이 바람직해 보인다. 드라이버는 아연에 비해서 왼발은 더 작고 오른발은 더 크게 수직방향으로 힘을 가해주는 것이 바람직해 보인다.
피니쉬 동작에서 드라이버는 아연에 비해서 왼발은 공의 진행 반대방향으로, 오른발은 진행방향으로 힘을 더 가해주는 것이 바람직하고, 왼발은 뒤꿈치 오른발은 앞꿈치 쪽으로 힘을 더 가하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 드라이버는 롱아연과 미들아연에 비해 양발모두 수직방향으로 힘을 덜 가해주는 것이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다.

영어초록

We examined the difference of ground reaction force on foot with clubs when the swing was performed by KLPGA golf players. The force platform was used to analyze the ground reaction force of the foot, and a multivariate analysis of the Linear shape was performed to determine the difference between the feet. The results of the study were as follows.
At the address depending on the club, all the left foot apply force in accordance with the progress direction of the ball, the right foot should be applied in the opposite direction, and as the club gets longer, it is better make the difference bigger. The middle iron apply more force to the left foot heel rather than the driver and the long iron, and less force to the right foot heel. Also long iron gives less force to the right foot in the Fz direction than the short iron.
In the backswing top, it is desirable to apply a force in the opposite direction to the advance of the ball in the case of a short iron rather than driver. The middle iron gives more strength to the left foot heel and right forefoot than the short iron. The middle iron add more force in the Fz direction on both foot than the driver, long iron and the short iron.
At the moment of impact, the driver compared to the middle iron and short iron, it is likable the left foot presses in the direction of ball advancement, conversely right foot presses to the opposite direction of ball advancement. Compared to the driver, the short iron has exerts a force to the left foot in the direction of the ball, and it is desirable to apply less force to the right foot in the opposite direction of the ball. it is better to exert forces to the left forefoot and right foot heel with driver than the long, middle and short iron, and then, in the case of short iron, it is desirable to apply a force on the left foot heel and right forefoot than the long iron. In the Fz direction, the driver seems add less power to the left foot than the long iron, middle iron, and short iron, and to apply more of the right foot.
At the moment of finish, In the case of a driver, the left foot should exert force opposite to the ball advancement in comparison to the short iron, the right foot should be applied in the direction of the ball. long irons are more powerful both on the heel and the forefoot than on the short iron shots. The driver, it is desirable to apply less force on both foot in Fz direction compared to long and middle iron.
