동성로 보행자전용도로 이용자 만족도 영향요인 분석 (Analysis of Factors Influencing Users’ Satisfaction Dongseong-road of Pedestrian Road)

초록

본 연구는 보행자전용도로의 이용자의 만족도 영향요인의 중요도를 파악하고 도입단계 및 안정화단계에 있어 이용자 만족도의 변화를 비교분석하는 연구이다. 우선 설문조사 실시 전에 선행연구 검토를 통한 평가변수를 도출하고 FGI를 실시하여 보행자전용지구의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 16개의 평가변수를 도출하였다. 도출된 평가변수를 기반으로 현재 운영 중에 있는 동성로 보행자전용지구의 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 요인분석하여 세 개의 영향요인으로 도출하였다. 결과적으로 총 세 개의 영향요인과 16개의 평가변수로 회귀모형을 구축하고 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 하였다.
동성로 대중교통전용지구 실증분석 결과, 이용자 전체 만족도에 대한 영향요인 다중회귀분석은 상업성, 접근성, 보행성 순으로 이용자 만족도에 영향을 크게 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이용자 전체 만족도에 대한 평가변수 다중회귀분석은 상품의 가성비, 판매자의 친절도, 인근지역과의 연계성, 상업시설과의 연계성, 가로시설물의 흥미, 보도의 정비상태가 이용자 만족도에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
앞서 도출된 동성로 실증분석을 토대로 2009년 동성로 선행연구와 이용자 만족도 영향요인 비교분석한 결과, 2009년 동성로의 경우에는 접근성, 지역성, 상업성 순으로 이용자만족도에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타나 상이한 결과가 도출되었다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the significance of the factors affecting the satisfaction of users of exclusive pedestrian road and to comparative analyze the changes in user satisfaction in the introduction and stabilization stages. First, 16 evaluation variables affecting the user satisfaction of exclusive pedestrian district were derived through the review of previous research and FGI. Based on the derived evaluation variables, the questionnaires were conducted for the users of the Dongseong exclusive pedestrian district which is currently in operation, and the three influencing factors were derived through the factor analysis. As a result, the regression model was constructed with three influential factors and 16 evaluation variables and multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify the factors affecting user satisfaction.
The results of the empirical analysis of Dongseong transit mall, The multiple regression analysis of factors affecting user satisfaction showed that enhancement of the commercial function, accessibility, and regional characteristics affect the user satisfaction in the order. In addition, the multiple regression analysis of evaluation variables affecting the user satisfaction showed that the cost-effectiveness of product, seller's kindness, connection with neighboring area, connection with commercial facility, interest of street facility, and the maintenance status of the sidewalk have a great effect on user satisfaction.
Based on the empirical analysis of the Dongseong street, the results of the comparative analyze the preceding research of Dongseong street in 2009 and analysis of factors affecting user satisfaction revealed that enhancement of the commercial function, accessibility and regional characteristics affect the user satisfaction in the order in the case of Dongseong street 2017. On the other hand, in the case of Dongseong street 2009, accessibility, regional characteristics and enhancement of the commercial function had a great effect on user satisfaction in the order. As a result, different results were obtained in the research of the Dongseong street 2009 and 2017.
