초록

본 연구에서는 개성상인들의 기업가 정신과 회계투명성에 대해 질적 연구방법론인 Habermas(1987)의 비판적 방법론을 적용하여 선행연구에서는 회계의 조종매개체로서 부정적 기능을 분석한 것과는 달리, 회계의 조종매개체로서 긍정적 기능을 분석하여 회계의 순기능을 찾고자 하였다.
개성상인들의 기업가 정신과 회계투명성에 대해 질적 연구방법론인 Habermas(1987)의 비판적 방법론을 적용하여 회계의 조종매개체로서 긍정적 기능을 분석하였다. 본 연구모형에서 생활세계는 사회를 특징짓는 합리화와 차별화의 과정 이전에 논리적이고 역사적으로 존재하여 많은 시스템이 이용되는 사회생활을 위해 의미를 설명하는 문화공간을 의미하며, 시스템은 이러한 생활세계를 기능적으로 정의할 수 있는 유형의 조직을 의미한다. 조종매개체는 생활세계와 시스템 사이의 연결 기능을 제공함으로써 Habermas(1987)의 사회발전모형에서 핵심적 역할을 수행한다. 생활세계는 조종매개체(예：화폐, 권력)를 특정 계급이 장악함에 따라 생활세계의 내부 식민지화가 이루어지게 된다.
질적 연구방법인 Habermas(1987) 사회발전모형을 이용하여 분석한 결과 개성상인들이 운영하는 기업에서는 생활세계와 시스템 간의 조종매개체로 회계정보는 매우 긍정적인 기능을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 개성상인들은 어떤 경우에도 안정적인 현금흐름을 유지함으로써 직원들의 생활세계를 안정적인 시스템으로 정착시켜 놓고 있었다. 즉, 개성상인들은 재무구조를 안정적으로 유지하는 모습에 대해 믿을 수 있는 기업의 언어인 회계를 통해 보여줌으로써 직원들은 생활세계와 시스템 간에 흔들리지 않고 업무에 매진할 수 있었던 것이다.
블록체인과 같은 4차 산업이 도래하면서 투명한 회계정보의 확보는 더욱 손쉽게 가능해진다. 개성상인들의 지혜를 물려받아 회계투명성이 확보된 블록체인 다식부기회계시스템을 조종매개체로 생활세계를 긍정적인 시스템으로 작동시켜 현재 우리 사회가 겪고 있는 사회 양극화를 극복하여 대한민국이 무궁한 번영의 길로 나아갈 수 있기를 바란다.

영어초록

In this study, unlike the critical methodology of Habermas(1987), which is a qualitative research methodology for entrepreneurship and accounting transparency of individual merchants, the preceding study analyzed negative functions as a control medium of accounting, the positive function of accounting was to be analyzed to find the net function of accounting.
A critical methodology of Habermas(1987), a qualitative research methodology, was applied to the entrepreneurship and accounting transparency of individual merchants to analyze positive functions as a control medium for accounting. In this research model, the living world refers to a cultural space that exists logically and historically before the process of rationalization and differentiation that characterizes society, explaining the meaning for the social life in which many systems are used, and the system refers to the type of organization that can functionally define this living world. The manipulator plays a key role in the social development model of Habermas(1987) by providing connectivity between the living world and the system. The living world is colonized by a certain class by the control medium (e.g., money, power).
An analysis using the quality research method Habermas(1987) social development model showed that accounting information plays a very positive role as a control medium between the living world and the system in companies run by Kaesong merchants. Kaesong merchants had established a stable system of employees’ living conditions by maintaining stable cash flows under any circumstances. In other words, Kaesong merchants showed their stable financial structure through accounting, a reliable corporate language, allowing employees to focus on their work without being swayed by the world of living and systems. With the advent of a fourth industry, such as blockchain, it is easier to secure transparent accounting information. It is hoped that the multi－functional bookkeeping system, which is a blockchain that has secured accounting transparency by inheriting the wisdom of Kaesong merchants, will work as a positive system to overcome the social polarization that our society is currently experiencing, and that the Republic of Korea will be able to move on to eternal prosperity.
