영화 활용 부모교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 요구 분석: 유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지 대상으로 (Analysis of needs for the development of parent education programs using movies: for fathers with children in early childhood)

초록

목적 본 연구는 유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지들의 양육 경험과 부모교육 프로그램에 대한 견해 그리고 영화, 토론 그리고 가정연계활동등 구체적 요구를 파악하여 영화를 활용한 유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지 대상 부모교육 프로그램을 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하기위함이다.
방법 유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지를 대상으로 하여 자녀 양육과 아버지교육 인식과 경험 그리고 아버지 대상 부모교육 프로그램에 대한개발 요구를 묻는 설문지를 제작하여 10명의 아버지를 대상으로 예비 조사를 실시 후 본 조사를 진행하였다. 경기도에 위치한 유치원 3곳과 인터넷 설문을 통해서 만 3~5세 유아의 아버지를 대상으로 설문지를 배부하였으며, 회수된 설문지 267부 중 부정확한13부를 제외한 총 254명의 아버지를 연구 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석 방법은 SPSS 26을 사용하여 기술통계-빈도분석을 실시하였다.
결과 연구문제에 따라 결과를 살펴보면, 유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지들은 양육 참여 의지가 높지만 시간 부족 등 다양한 어려움을 느끼며 실제 양육 참여 시간은 충분하지 않았다. 아버지들은 아버지교육의 필요성을 인식하고 있지만, 실제 교육 참여로 이루어진 비율은낮았다. 아버지교육 프로그램에 대해서 오프라인 교육보다 블렌디드 교육과 온라인 교육을 선호했고, 강의나 놀이뿐 아니라 다양한교수방법을 활용한 프로그램을 원했다. 구체적인 교수방법으로는 온라인과 오프라인 교육 모두 영화, 아빠토크(토론), 컨설팅에 대한 관심이 높았고, 특히 일반적으로 진행되온 강의 다음으로 영화를 보고 성찰하고 공감하는 교수 방법에 대한 요구도가 온라인 교육에서 높았다. 교육 시간은 30분~1시간과 1시간~1시간 30분 등을 주로 원했고 교육 횟수는 평균 4.4회, 교육 시간대는 토요일 오전과 평일 저녁에 대한 선호가 높았다.
결론 최근 2~3년간 지속된 COVID-19로 인해 교육/보육기관에서 진행한 아버지교육이 실시되지 못했고, 이에 따라 현재 아버지들의 부모교육 참여 경험은 적었다. 따라서 아버지교육의 안정적인 운영과 접근성 강화가 필요한데, 온라인을 활용한 교육이 이러한상황에 적합한 대안이 될 수 있으며 또한 아버지들도 블렌디드 교육 또는 온라인 교육을 선호하고 있다. 아버지들은 기존의 강의 또는놀이 중심의 교육 방식을 넘어 다양한 방법을 요구하고 있는데, 이러한 대안 중 하나로 영화를 활용한 교육에 대한 아버지들의 관심이높고 특히 온라인에서 활용도가 높다고 인식하고 있다. 교육을 진행하는 시간대에 대하여 아버지들에게 선택의 폭을 넓히는 한편시간 자체가 부족한 아버지들을 위한 온라인 교육 활용, 찾아가는 아버지교육 등 다양한 방법을 통해 참여율 개선이 필요하다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과는 영화를 활용한 유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지 대상 부모교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료로써 의의가 있다.

영어초록

Objectives This study is a basis for developing a parent education program for fathers with early children using movies by identifying fathers with early childhood children's parenting experiences, views on parent education programs, and specific needs such as movies, discussions, and family-linked activities. for use as a resource.
Methods For fathers with children in infancy, a questionnaire was prepared to ask about the awareness and experience of child rearing and father education, and the development needs of parent education programs for fathers, and a preliminary survey was conducted on 10 fathers, followed by the main survey. Questionnaires were distributed to fathers of children aged 3 to 5 years through internet questionnaires and 3 kindergartens located in Gyeonggi-do. A total of 254 fathers were included in the study, excluding 13 incorrect copies out of 267 returned questionnaires. Data analysis method was descriptive statistics-frequency analysis using SPSS 26.
Results Looking at the results according to the research question, fathers with children in infancy had a high will to participate in childrearing, but felt various difficulties such as lack of time and did not have enough time to actually participate in childrearing. Fathers are aware of the need for father education, but the rate of actual participation in education is low. For the father education program, they preferred blended education and online education to offline education, and wanted a program that utilized various teaching methods as well as lectures and games. As for specific teaching methods, interest in movies, father talk (discussion), and consulting was high in both online and offline education, and in particular, demand for teaching methods that reflect on and empathize with movies following the general lectures was high in online education. As for the training time, they mainly wanted 30 minutes to 1 hour and 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the average number of training sessions was 4.4 times.
Conclusions Due to COVID-19, which lasted for the last 2-3 years, father education at education/nursing institutions could not be conducted, and as a result, fathers' experience of participating in parent education was low.
Therefore, stable operation and accessibility of father education are needed, and online education can be a suitable alternative to this situation, and fathers also prefer blended education or online education. Fathers are requesting various methods beyond the existing lecture or play-oriented education methods. As one of these alternatives, fathers are very interested in education using movies and recognize that it is particularly useful online. It is necessary to improve the participation rate through various methods, such as using online education for fathers who do not have enough time and visiting father education, while expanding the range of choices that fathers can choose regarding the time of education. Finally, the results of this study are meaningful as basic data for the development of a parent education program for fathers with children in infancy using movies
