한국미술치료학회지「미술치료연구」게재논문의 연구동향 분석 -2011~2021년 논문을 중심으로- (The Research Trend Analysis of Published Articles in the Journal of Korean Art Therapy Association「Art Therapy Research」-Focusing on Articles published in 2011~2021-)

초록

본 연구는 한국미술치료학회지에 게재된 논문을 분석하여 연구동향을 알아보고 앞으로의 연구방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 게재된 논문 690편을 중심으로 연도별 연구유형 및 연구방법, 치료사․내담자 대상 연구, 투사적 그림검사, 연구동향, 기타연구(작품분석, 문헌연구)로 분류하여 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 연구유형에서는 내담자 대상 연구가 가장 많았고, 치료사 대상 연구는 증가하고 있다. 둘째, 치료사 대상 연구는 양적 연구보다 질적 연구가 많았고, 특히 현상학, 내러티브 탐구가 많았으며 미술치료 경험과 자기이해 및 수용에 대한 내용이 많았다. 셋째, 내담자 대상 연구는 양적 연구가 가장 많았으며 특히 실험연구와 사례연구가 많았다. 연구대상은 중장년층과 심리정서 및 문제행동 문제를 가진 대상자가 많았고, 연구주제는 심리건강 회복, 자아성장에 대한 내용이 많았다. 치료형태는 집단치료가 많았으며, 11-15회기, 주 1회, 회기당 61-90분으로 실시하는 경우가 많았다. 넷째, 투사적 그림검사 연구는 줄어드는 추세이나, 모자화에 대한 연구가 가장 많았다. 다섯째, 연구동향 연구는 메타분석, 투사적 그림검사, 장애대상 연구가 많았다. 여섯째, 작품분석연구에서는 서양작가 분석이 많았고 작품의 치유적 의미에 대한 내용이 많았다, 문헌연구는 미술치료이론, 미술치료에서의 그림의 특성 등에 대한 연구가 있었다. 이러한 내용을 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영어초록

This study tried to research trends and seek future research directions by analyzing published articles in the journal of Korean Art Therapy Association. To this end, the author classified the first 690 articles in the following categories: research type and method by year, therapist and client research, projective picture examination, research trends, and other research (work analysis and literature research). Then, each characteristic was analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of research type by year, the majority of studies were about clients, but the number of studies about therapists was increasing. Second, therapists targeting studies had more qualitative studies than quantitative. Especially, phenomenology and narrative research were popular and the majority of therapy experience were self-understanding and acceptance as a therapist. Third, the research about clients was mostly quantitative, especially in experimental case studies. The study target was middle-aged people and dealt with their psychological emotions and problem behaviors. Regarding the research topic, there were many contents about the recovery of psychological health and the improvement of a healthy self. Group therapy was the most common type of treatment, and numbered 11-15 sessions and 61-90 minutes per week in many cases. Fourth, the research about the projection picture test was declining, but the research about hatred was the most frequent. Fifth, many research trend studies included meta-analysis, projective picture test, and disability subjects. Sixth, in the study of analysis about works, there were many analyzes of Western artists and contents about the meaning of healing by works. Literature studies included art therapy theory, characteristics of painting in art therapy, projective painting examination, identification of art therapy, and content and media for the development of art therapy. Based on these contents, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.
