노인의 여가활동, 여가만족도 및 생활만족도와의 관계 (Relationship between The Elderly's Leisure Activities, Leisure Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction)

초록

This study, to understand the relationship between elderly people's leisure satisfaction and their life satisfaction, surveyed 109 males and females aged at 65 or older. As a result, this study found that, first, elderly people & marital status showed a significant difference in leisure type selection among other characteristics (gender & marital status, age, and income). And in general, recreational and social activities accounted for the largest part but in case of elderly people, self-development activities also took a larger part among all the leisure activities. Second, the correlation between elderly people's leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction was found to have been positively affected by education and other factors such as: rest, physical and social out of the four factors of leisure satisfaction. These findings clearly indicate that leisure satisfaction has a significant relationship with their efforts to work to achieve some meaningful goals and improve their satisfaction with elderly life. Third, this study found no moderating effect between leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction according to elderly people's characteristics (gender, marital status).
