International trade is also an important part of Australia’s economy as it enables the nation to earn money from exports (Nellis 1990, 24). There are various kinds of goods for export, but nature source has been significant merits, because of the limitation of producing district. The most value of nature source may be Uranium. Today, the construction of nuclear power station tends to be recommended and built in the world. It is affected that nuclear power does not cause pollution, and its running cost is cheaper than conventional power, so it can be predicted that the expense of uranium increases. Thus development of mining uranium is prepared in Australia which is one of countries which abundant uranium deposits. Therefore the purpose the earth, such as deep holes and dangerous open shafts which later caused accidents (24).It can be seen that most nature environment will be damaged by digging. Thus it needs to be control. Furthermore, the most serious problem is that it destroys the environment, causes flooding and subsidence of the ground.However, uranium in mined by surface mining. This is less damage than coal mining. It was researched by Viner(1991) that open-cut mining which is used usually by uranium mining, is less damaged district than underground mining which is used by coal mining. In addition, uranium mining area can be more easily rehabilitation work on damaged ground by the mining. It is that they put it back under the ground or cover it with soil and vegetation (McClish 1950, 27).On the other hand, when uranium is mined or uses for the energy, there require strong safety on the mining, because, Radio Activity causes serious health hazards. It can be seen that uranium which is material of nuclear power station, will be more used in the near future. The advantage of uranium in Australia is large amount of uranium deposit. Even though the main exportation goods are livestock, wool and wheat (120 million/15%, 323 million/8.2% and 201 million/6.1% respectively), uranium (3ning uranium is required a considerable amount of money for the safe, because of nuclear weapon. Nuclear power is another serious disaster. In the world, it has caused an objectionable comment about nuclear power, and also it disturbs the exporting. There are wide-ranging matters arising from the impact of uranium mining on Aboriginal communities in the Alligator Rivers region in Northern Territory. The general impacts are traditional Aboriginal culture, tourism development and mining region. There, although, has a few benefits come from uranium mining, some problems still exist. It is that Aboriginal living condition is failed to improve, and also tourism heritage has been damaged.However, Aboriginal communities want to be fostered with mining companies. In fact, mierms of economy, society and environment. As point out above, it is clearly that disaster by destroyed environment impact with human being. Energy is necessary. Although, uranium mining and power provides damage on environment, coal mining and power has more serious harm. Moreover carbon dioxide from coal burning causes grave disaster as global worming lead to climate change. Another merit of uranium exporting is that Australia economy is increase and local economy activation. Unemployed Aboriginal and Australian has had job from mining industry. In addition, uranium demand is increase by the encouragement of nuclear power use.
