By joining the process of making rules that they should follow, students are able to more aware that why they keep the rules and when they are imposed some penalty because of some inappropriate actions, they are more easily accept the penalty and take time for self-reflection.3. 교사연수By participating some training sessions or seminars, teacher can be a skillful teacher using various teaching method for student-centered class, not traditional teacher-centered one. Great teacher makes great students. Not only students, but teachers should always study about their teaching skills and the knowledge of their own subject. In training session or seminar, teacher can learn some kind of new, innovative teaching method for better class and school.
