In 2002, Korea held the World Cup Soccer. It did a great success; however, Koreans no longer have interest in soccer now because soccer games in Korea are not interesting. What makes Korea soccer games boring? There are three serious problems in Korea soccer league: absence of star players, lack of the audience, and a financial deficit of team. The first problem is that there are few star players in Korea soccer league. So maany star players have gone abroad. For example, Ji-Sung Park, who is in Manchester United of England Premier League, and Cheon-Su Lee, who is in Feyenoord of the Netherlands League. In those foreign leagues, the players can draw much higher annual salary than Korea. Table 1 shows a comparison of annual salary of a player in foreign league and Korea league. Also, they can improve their soccer ability by learning a lot of advanced techniques of soccer. For these reasons, most star players move out, and it makes quality of soccer games much lower.Table 1 Comparison of Annual Salary of a Player in England League and Korea LeagueAnnual Salary of Ji-Sing Park in England(Manchester United): 5,600,000,000Annual Salary of Du-Hyun Kim in Korea(Sung-Nam IlHwa): 900,000,000※ Du-Hyun Kim is a player who draw the highest annual salary in Korea
Many people have been loved wine throughout the years, and the world. Many stores sell various wines, and we can buy them easily; nevertheless, there are few people who have the common knowledge of making wine. The process can be divided into three parts: de-stemming and crushing, fermentation, maturation and bottling. The first process is de-stemming and crushing. The meaning of the term de-stemming is removing the stems from the grapes. After the de-stemming process, the juice is collected. The juice that comes out from the weight of the grapes alone is called "free-run" juice. It is generally saved and fermented separately. The crushing process is a little different from region to region, but in all places, there is pressure that extracts the juice in a press. Some regions have regulations about how much juice may be taken from a given mass of grapes. The second process is fermentation. Fermentation is a biochemical process that bacteria and yeast break down the organic compound in grape juice
