Today's topic is increasing suicide rate. As you know, many people including entertainers commit suicide because of desperations and frustrations of their life. And few days ago, two entertainers, Jang,Jayeon and Lee,Changyong, committed suicide. The issue was chance to consider about suicide problems again. So Let's talk about the suicide problem from now.Do you know the definition of suicide? Maybe everyone can define it. Could you tell the definition of suicide? Yes, it's right. suicide is people deliberately kill themselves because they don't wanna continue living.According to researches, Korea is the top of the world in suicide rate after 2005. The rate was about 24.8 people per 100 thousand people. The figure was doubled in comparison with OECD countries. It's really shameful. Japan occupies the second rank. Although the graph didn't show the rate of America, America rate is about 11.1 per 100thousand people. There are different reasons between developed countries and developing In case of developed countries, mental depression is the main reason why they committed suicide. On the other hand, drug, mental impulse and disorder are main reasons in developing countries.If you see the graph, you can know change about a number of suicides in Korea easily. Many researcher said that it is related to Korean economy. You must be know the reason, why the rate was increased 1997 to 1998. The reason is financial crisis. After that, the rate was decreased because Korea overcame it. But the rate was have been increased after 2000 continually because of economical crisis such as underconsumption and rising price of fuel. This is the evidential graph. Red line indicates the rate of suicide. And Blue line indicated the rate of unemployment. As the rate of unemployment is increasing, the suicide rate is also increasing.The graph prior to it indicated a number of suicides. But it shows the rate of suicide. As you see, 24.8 people in 2007 jumped from 13 people in 1997. It's stanides per 100 thousand people. Namely, it jumped up 1.9 times.And suicide rank among factors of death is also changed. It jumped from 10 rank to 4 rank. It is enormous modification. For reference, primary factor in death is cancer. Second rank is disease related to brain like cerebral tumor. Third rank is heart disease.You can see the reason why suicide rate of man is higher than woman. Men have job such as supporting their family more than women and it causes man feel much stress. And man is more sufficient about courage which need to attempt suicide than woman. So many women who implement suicide fail it. But men die by the courage. Lastly, men doesn't express his feeling. It is reasons.When I surveyed this topic, I wondered how many people feel suicide impulse. So according to some researches, 59.58% responded they had experience to the thought. And 40.42% said they didn't felt in my life. It shows that over half of people consider about suicide. It is also shocking to us.Already I s concerned with entertainers' suicide after 이은주's suicide. Someone said suicide of entertainers can increase the suicide rate. Therfore I want to connect the issue to topic.Do you remember this stars? What is their point of sameness? The answer is they committed suicide. 유니 killed due to malicious comments. 안재환 killed because of much debt. And 최진실 killed by mental depression and rumor. Lastly, 장자영 killed by mental depression and obscurity. Their suicide brings about copycat suicide. Let's show the case of 이은주. The rate of suicide is about 0.8 people on a day. But after 이은주 killed herself, the figure shows the rate was increased as 2.1 people. So someone said it triggered 'werther effect'. Werther effect is that common people commit suicide follow the celebrity after the celebrity committed suicide. As it is right or not, that is just speculation.There is statistics about suicide impulse after entertainer's suicide. 76.4 % said they felt. And 23.6% said they didn't felt.Next, I found aninternet. The suicide rate is generally high in spring, according to statistical records. ``Spring is the season for a new start. Many people experience changes in their personal life and it might lead to a higher suicide rate,''March, the beginning of a new semester, is the peak of stress for students in their teens and 20s. ``Students consult the center on problems in human relationships and their desire to commit suicide the most in March.The change of hormones due to the change of weather and season also contributes to the increase in spring.Last, In 2005, 736 people killed themselves in February compared to 1,309 in March and 1,259 in April. Actress Lee Eun-ju committed suicide in February 2005 and it created a so-called Werther Effect, The trend continued.I will make a conclusion. When we read suicide as Korean language, it is 자살. It also gave a chance which we considered the law about sex crimes once again. Especially, sex crimes against children are increasing. As you see that, the number of sex crimes against children has increased steadily. Some experts said that it is effect of mass media. Concerning it, you will do group debating after my presentation. Then our nation decided to practise electronic anklet to prevent these kinds of crimes. And the law passed National Assembly. What is the electronic anklet? Maybe you can guess the meaning as word to itself. It is a device to prevent sex crimes. and it is wearing on ankle. Also its purpose is to protect a second offense of previous offenders. Electronic anklet is composed of three devices, Attachment device, portable tracking device, in-house monitoring device. First attachment device is the same as electronic anklet. It has function of the water proof for 2 hours. Its weighs is about 150g. Anklet can endure from - 20℃ to 80℃. If a offender attempts to cut it with scissors etc, warning bell will sound and it give notice to the probation officer. Second thing is portable tracking device.

Jang mi ran.jang mi-ran broke three world records in the women's over 75kilogram competition. Her total records is 326 kilograms. this record is 49 kilogram more than 올라코로브카 who was in the second place.Maybe this reason is due to the absence of 무솽솽, Jang miran's rival.Although the fact that she won a game made me pleased, I felt heavy because I didn't know the rules of weight lifting. I think you don't know them either. So I will give you information about rules of weight lifting.First tip, weight lifting is divided into two parts. One is snatch. Korean is 인상. The other is clean and jerk. Korean is 용상.First, snatch means it is to lift a barbell from the floor to overhead location in a smooth continuous movement. It is important for player to lift barbell by a single effort. Second case is clean and jerk . It is divided into two actions. The player lifts barbell from the floor to clavicles . And next, the player lifts the barbell from clavicles to overhead location.In case of Jang Mi-ran, she made 140kg record from snatch and 186kg from clean and jerk.Second tip, weight lifting give three chances to each player. Players should finish each kilogram in 3 chances. If player failed to lift barbell in first time, the player can attempt lifting the barbell in second time, third time.Third tip, medal is determined by the total records ,adding the highest of snatch and clean and jerk. In case of 장미란, she gained 140kg in snatch and 186kg in clean and jerk. so if we add 140kg and 180kg, her total record become 326kg.Do you want to watch sports enjoingly?
