Twice now I have worked as an administrative assistant for Dr. 홍길동 at (company name), first in 2009, and most recently starting in September 2011. He is a Former (Dr. 홍길동’s distinguished position) in South Korea, and an international educator. Assisting his educational projects led to my interest in international education and taught me that well-designed educational policies and global collaboration both play significant roles in helping less-developed countries achieve a long-term vision. It also convinced me to study international educational development (IED) in depth.One notable project is (a nation)’s establishment of the (흉흉 학교), which has been supported by Korea in the financial and planning aspects. In the preliminary stages, I coordinated an initial project group that includes the (relevant institutions). I also assisted Dr. 홍길동 as he reviewed schools from across the world and selected 20 of them to provide a Global Master’s in Development Practice, which was designed by The ed countries.In 2010, I transferred to work on the establishment of (잘하자 school) as an external affairs coordinator. Although I had many responsibilities, I primarily worked in extending relationships with other organizations. For example, I assisted in including (잘하자 school) as part of the national electricity export policies, which resulted in receiving support from the (a national institute). I also concluded Memorandum of Understandings with 10 companies for facility support. Through these jobs, I realized that when objectives of education correspond to the needs of society, it can have synergistic effects. Since the (잘하자 school) philosophy intersects with national vision and industrial needs, it could improve the quality of education thanks to support from government and industry. In addition, it can raise national competitiveness by preparing necessary human resources.Moreover, I supported professors in building educational technology systems such as the Learning Management Systerriculum applies novel methods; for example, courses based on on-site projects and joint-teaching by field and theoretical faculty. Developing new approaches led me to think flexibly about curricula. Furthermore, I led a seven-member project team that built a homepage ( Hyperlink "http://www." www.가나다.ac.kr). Leading the project developed my leadership abilities and teamwork skills. I learned how to integrate diverse opinions and realized setting a firm goal can help attain quality achievements. I believe my experience in establishing the school will enrich my discussions with faculty and classmates at Columbia University.During my college years, I gained teaching experience at private and public schools in Korea and Canada, which taught me how different social circumstances require divergent educational reform. In 2006, I taught English to elementary and middle school students at a private institute in Korea. I felt that students’ happiness was disregarded despite their high academic there were treated according to their individual needs. This approach brought more smiles to the students’ faces, but their academic performance was lower than their Korean counterparts. Hence, I realized that many positive changes can be made to educational systems by selecting the best parts of each system, such as combining methods of encouraging students to study and of exchanging opinions freely between students and teachers.For these reasons, I am keen on studying IED. However, since Korean schools do not yet have IED programs and the United States has the most vigorous programs in this field, I hope to further my education in the United States. My ultimate goal is to propose solutions for educational policy issues, particularly in Southeast and East Asia. I would like to analyze global educational approaches to combine applicable strengths, especially to help less-advanced nations make long-term development strategies in Education.Specifically, I was thrilled to find an IED progs I see the importance for policy to reflect the practical needs of the field. Moreover, its courses made me certain that I should further my education at Columbia University. “Education & the Development of Nations” and “International Education Policy Studies” fit in perfectly with what I need to learn to reach my goal. The courses will help me acquire knowledge of national and political contexts and diverse educational approaches. I am also excited to take “Strategic Planning & Organizational Change”. As I felt through my practical experience that innovation requires organizational change, I would like to develop my ability to see schools from this viewpoint. Additionally, TC’s long history in the international education area and its extensive research centers will provide abundant opportunities to explore international education resources.After graduation, I plan to advance my study at the doctorate level and continue my research. 위의 그림은 DES의 전체 구조를 나타낸 그림이다. 이 프로그램의 궁극적인 목적은 위와 같은 알고리즘으로 평문(plaintext)을 암호문으로 바꾸는 것이 주된 이 프로그램의 목적이다. 간단히 설명해 본다면, 64bits 평문을 입력으로 하여 생성된 각 라운드 키를 바탕으로 이를 F라는 함수를 통해 평문을 변경한다. 이렇게 16라운드를 거치고 출력되는 데이터가 암호문이다. 여기서 IP와 FP는 Initial Permute, Final Permute를 나타내는데 이는 미리 정해 놓은 Permutation Table을 참고하여 입력되는 데이터의 Bits의 값에 대한 순서를 뒤섞는 작업을 한다. 16라운드마다 키는 다르며 키를 생성하기 위해서는 Permutation 작업을 시작으로 Bits를 반으로 분리하며 이를 다시 Table을 참고하여 Shift 작업을 한 다음에 반으로 나뉜 Bits를 하나로 합쳐서 이를 다시 Permutation 작업을 하면 하나의 라운드에 대한 키가 생성이 된다
4.구현A.Minimize f(x) 정의 구현 부프로그램에 입력으로 f(x)를 정의하지 않고 수동으로 프로그램 소스 상에서 직접 정의 하도록 구현하였습니다. 이를 위해서 정의된 내용은 다음과 같습니다. <Figure 1>의 파란색 박스에서 보는 바와 같이 Global 변수인 nSectionCount는 최대 Section의 수를 지정하는 변수이며, Global 변수인 nDimCount 는 최대 변수의 수를 지칭합니다. 구조체인 Section은 내부 변수인 constantNum과 nDimCount의 수만큼의 배열로 정의된 dim 변수가 존재합니다. 구조체 Function은 내부 변수로서 구조체 Section을 nSectionCount의 수만큼의 배열로 정의됩니다. 이는 최적화 알고리즘을 구현할 시에 요구되는 편 미분 및 Hessian Matrix 설정 등에 편리하게 구현 되도록 하도록 하였습니다<<프로젝트 소스 포함>>
