5.18.2010Discussion of internet in our countryNow, we are living naturally with “explore”, software program. Each country is developing more faster than before, by being introduced, the vehicle of understanding, internet. Also, Korea is no exception. Korea is developing by calling that the greatest power of the world of IT and is coming the first in internet use as well as part of IT. For most people today, internet becomes an essential part of our lives. When we work in company, do our homework, and need some information or want to know something in our lives, we try to run “explorer”. And also useful search engines are growing more and more. What is the cause of increasing of the internet use? And what is the cause of being habit with our lives? It can be summed up in three parts: psychological factor of people, geographic factor and social structure of emphasizing big company.One of the psychological factors of people is “빨리빨리(pparli pparli)”. 빨리빨리 is Korean’s outstanding feature. For this reason, Korea generally has rapidly developed better than other countries. So, there was a time when Korea was called Miracle of Han River. Maybe, increasing of internet use is also same reason. People want fast speed of internet then internet company try to meet the people’s demand. Another factor of psychological factors is that Korea is homogeneous country. Contrary to some country most Korean is somewhat afraid to be different. So, people in order to do not feel difference, they would learn to internet.Second cause is geographic factor. Contrary to other country Seventy percent of Korean territory is covered with mountains. In the past, people who lived in mountain could not connect with city people more easily so, they need to something equipment for their living and each city’s trade. Then one of the best ways is internet rather than highway to them because, highway has limitation than internet. A town is far from other town but they want to feel close to each town. Additionally, it is also influence on economical naturally. For these reasons, after introduction of internet, they use the internet for their living.The last factor of causes is social structure of emphasizing big company. A lot of small businesses are struggling with labor shortage in our country. Because Many job seekers are under the impression that large companies offer the best career opportunities. So, people try to acquire special ability that used software in large companies. Furthermore, they already know that they have always got to be one step ahead of others so, they will try to more useful information. To acquire it, they will try to obtain for the information by using the internet. Then naturally, using of internet is increasing.In these days, internet is an essential part of our lives. For example, the speed of the internet is crucial in your job search. So, internet development is people’s progress. And I am proud that South Korea has transformed itself into one of the world’s most wired nations. So I hope that maintaining Korea’s development for the future. PAGE * MERGEFORMAT 1
