How to be a good leader!-Barack Obama, and Morgan Freeman in moviesWe’re here to discuss the way of being a good leader. So, what kind of things make you be a good leader? Let’s study about great leader Obama, president of U.S. and Morgan freeman, president, coach anything else in movie.THEY’RE GOOD AT TALKING.Obama is famous for his wonderful speech. Morgan Freeman is also famous for his reliable leader in lots of movies. Both of them use clear pronunciation and accent. They know the point which has to be emphasized. Their speeches are very fluent, and flexible. Of course they catch their audiences eyes well.ESPECIALLY GOOD LEADER concerns everything carefully. Obama is caring all the states, and provinces. And Morgan Freeman, starring as the GOD in Bruce All Mighty, cares all the people. It stands his role’s personality well. Of course in Deep Impact he was a reliable, considerable president.BUT THEY SOMETIMES LOOK DIFFERENT…Sometimes they act in a harsh way and try to be the strict rtant for models. They have to express and show their feelings and mind through their face. They don’t talk. They just walk on the runway and show their dress. Only thing they can use is restricted. Famous model, Yunju Jang said, “Good models have to use their lips. The eyes, have to be used to show thinking, but lips, used to show their feelings.”Babies might do not know non-verbal communication. But they do use a lot better than any adults. They cry, stare, scream, smile. They don’t know how to talk. They don’t use verbal communication! But they survive.Non-verbal communication is very important. We usually use verbal communication. But, we use non-verbal communication a lot more than verbal communication. Even though, we don’t know how much non-verbal communication is important. We have to know about non-verbal communication well, and use it fluently. Like sign language, that is a kind of language which has been joined with verbal and non-verbal communication.Lincoln of GettysburgGEpecially someone who are in higher class has a bigger palace. Sometimes one palace has more than 5 rooms, even 10 rooms. It just shows how much they have. Try to show off their money. And their houses are located on the high spot. The reason why those houses were there is low-level people had to look up the high-class people.We can see houses are on the stone wall.Much bigger palace has much more complicated passage. It has more doors than smaller one. It makes be safer when others attack or attachment. On the other hand, low-level’s people have house which has only thin paper door. Even they have only one room.Like western custom, women of Korea’s dynasty wore big wig with accessories. Higher level are in, bigger wigs are on. The weight of wigs sometimes exceeded that woman’s weight. So they got neck ache.When the guests visit somewhere, they had to be seat near the door if they are lower class. Hosts don’t move one step from their seats.Hierarchy is everywhere. Now many things show y. He thinks principle and conviction is very important. His idea helps a student to solve his problem. His speech at Harvard is very powerful. He usually used strong accents to give power and credit to students. I might do not know he is a blind if he didn’t use his stick. He is a very right-minded person. Even though he loses his eyes but he didn’t lose his mind. His trustful, honest, and impressive speech moved lots of students.A new black(Boone) came to one school’s football team as a new coach. That school is very congested because it is about to combine with two white, and black schools. Two races have a big hatred each other. Of course they have a difficulty training. But two coaches made it, and they won the first prize.There are two coaches. One is very strict and powerful but the other is very considerable and lenient. The way of teaching is totally different. Having lots of disagreements and conflicts between two races, they know each other, understand, and find out the way o really timid. And not popular and famous person.J : But, you are different.Q : Yes. thanks to many people. I am totally different person.J : What brings you to be different person like this confident woman?Q : Haha , Thank you very much. Most of all, many things make me different. My attitude, attires, clothes, way of talking, posture, etc. Many things have been changed.J : Can you be more specific?Q : I have been trained a lot. First of all I was pointed out about my posture. I was not concerned about what others talking to me. And I have to change and remove bad things about me. Especially my grandmother wanted me to change of appearance. She might think the lack of confidence comes from my appearance. So my hair like a bomb, and eyebrow, my tights, shoes, even little nail!
