English education in the futureThe use of technology has become an important part of the learning process in and out of the class. Every language class usually uses some form of technology. Technology has been used to both help and improve language learning. Technology enables teachers to adapt classroom activities, thus enhancing the language learning process. Technology continues to grow in importance as a tool to help teachers facilitate language learning for their learners. English, which is used as a global official language, is educated in many countries, so the use of technology in English classes is more pronounced. So, use of modern technology such as smart devices will be prevalent in English classes, connections with foreigners and foreign cultures through ICT technology will be introduced in English classes. To see what changes this future use of technology in English classrooms can bring, First, and perhaps most obvious perk, is that technology can dramatically – and oftentimes instantly – increase student engagement. Today’s learners are functioning in an age where technology drives almost every aspect of their lives. Technology is exciting, fascinating and ever-evolving, and when used thoughtfully, it can transform even the most mundane lesson into one that is powerful and thought-provoking.When advantages of incorporating technology in the classroom are examined, the advantages for educators are often overlooked or undermined. However, technological tools for teachers are a hot market all by itself and for good reason. Technology can be a huge time saver for teachers and can make some of the most difficult tasks quick and easy.One of the greatest benefits of technology integration in education is the ability it offers for independent learning. Although technology can and does not replace an effective teacher, it does give students access to some of the supports that a teacher would provide.When learning a language, experience with the target culture helps to develop context and makes learning the language more meaningful. Thanks to technology, students can benefit from experiences to which they otherwise may not have access. Whether they are visiting social media sites, reading or listening to the news or participating in online discussions, these experiences are rich and meaningful. Not only has the age of technology arrived, but it is clear that there is an era that needs to remain. The most basic tasks in the future will require high technical skills. With this understanding, it is important to ensure that our students are familiar with technical tools, skills, and language. Therefore, in the future, many students should make a lot of efforts to study English with easy accessibility and universal English to help them improve their studies and to adapt quickly to the globalization of English through various future language education skills. That way, I think future English education will be able to proceed with quality education in many ways.

을지문덕 장군 평가 에세이

612년, 을지문덕 장군의 휘기저는 612년 중국 수나라의 군대를 고구려가 살수(지금의 청천강)에서 크게 격파한 싸움인 ‘살수 대첩’이 동아시아사에서 가장 중요한 사건이라고 생각합니다. 그 이유인 즉, 한국의 역사에서 가장 넓은 영토를 차지했다고 볼 수 있는 고구려가 남북조시대의 혼란함을 바로 잡고 중국을 다시 한 번 통일한 수나라와의 전쟁에서 수적 열세를 무릎 쓰고도 대승을 거두었고, 이런 거대한 두 국가의 싸움이 불러온 나비 효과가 매우 많기 때문입니다. 자치통감에는 수나라의 군대가 처음 요하에 이르렀을때는 30만 5천의 병력이었으나 요동성으로 돌아온 자는 오직 2700명이라 하는데, 이것은30만명이 원정 한 번에 증발한 것입니다. 이로 인해 수나라 재정은 당연히 파탄이 났고 민심은 땅에 떨어져 곳곳에서 반란이 일어나기 시작했다고 합니다. 결국 남북조를 통일한 첫 왕조로 위세를 떨쳤던 수나라가 건립 이래 고작 40년도 버티지 못하고 허무하게 멸망할 정도로 엄청난 사건이었습니다. 을지문덕 장군의 지휘 아래 전세계 역사적으로도 전무후무한 적군의 병력을 99프로 몰살시켜 통일 제국을 멸망 시킨 살수 대첩은 확실히 동아시아사의 중요한 사건으로 느껴집니다. 그러나 수의 멸망은 고구려의 멸망 역시 불러왔습니다. 고구려가 대승을 거두었지만 내부적으로도 수나라와의 전쟁 때문에 많은 피해를 입었고 그로 인해 소극적인 대외정책을 유지하였습니다. 그러나 수나라 멸망 뒤 세워진 당나라 에게도 소극적인 기조를 유지하던 한편, 야욕이 넘치는 당태종에 의해 고구려는 당과의 전쟁을 하였고, 이로 인해 큰 타격을 입은 고구려는 결국 멸망의 길로 들어서게 되었습니다. 겉으로는 수나라에게 승리하여 고구려에게 축복을 가져다 준 것 같지만 결국 고구려의 멸망까지 이어지는 이 살수 대첩은 실로 엄청난 영향력을 행사했다고 할 수 있습니다. 진나라 이후의 첫 통일 제국 수나라의 멸망, 한국 역사상 가장 큰 영토를 가졌던 고구려의 멸망, 중국의 역사에서 가장 태평성대를 이룬 나라인 당나라의 등장 그리고 고구려의 멸망과 함께 발해와 남북국 시대를 이뤄간 통일 신라의 등장까지 살수 대첩은 그야말로 중국과 한국 역사에서 없어서는 안되는 중요한 사건이었기 때문에, 저는 이 사건을 동아시아사에서 가장 중요한 사건으로 선정하였습니다. 결국 을지문덕 장군의 휘기는 동아시아 역사에 지대한 영향을 끼쳤기에 우리가 역시 잊지말아야할 중요한 역사적 인물이라고 생각합니다.
