During the past decades, employment trend has been changed. Full time jobs are being replaced by part-time jobs and due to advanced technology, many of jobs will vanish. For example, people who work in restaurant or delivery men will not exist anymore due to development of KIOSK and drone delivery. What about professors? How permanent is professor likely to be? Racial microaggression defined as small slights, indignities, or acts of disrespect that are hurtful to people of color, even though they are often perpetuated by wee-meaning whites.
