1. Executive summary
This case study shows that the market industry of the alternative treatments. It has been being changed and more and more consumers want to find these sorts of alternative ways to fulfil the mind, body and spirit. As the consumer behaviour is changing, the industry is following the trends. Lots of new alternative therapies have been becoming popular like holistic therapies, spa treatments and healthy goods. So, this case study will analyse the market environment and evaluate the marketing decision to deal with some issues which is mentioned in this case that concern on service characteristics and the lack of regulation and scientific evidence. At last, the recommendations will be mentioned for the marketers who are already in this industry and others who want to enter in.
