Do you remember `Kim Hyun-su" who is called a genius in English. A few years a go, a 4-year old girl, Hyun-su, was came into the spotlight for her very fluent English. She has become an object of envy since, and also her mother`s name has become a synonym for good mother. Her mother`s education method has been not only published in many magazines but also telecasted.
Some mothers were sure that they bred their children geniuses and also their methods were recognized and introduced by mass communicationarond then. And the number of people who follow those methods blindly has increased.

In all ages and countries, it is natural that parents want their child to be excellent by means of good education. But I am sorry that today our education puts too much emphasis on only getting a good grade in the test in our country. It is not difficult to find geniuses in math, English, computer and so on in mass midea. Moreover, education method of thier parents is introduced. A child of excellent intelligence comes into the spotlight always. Thier personality and morality has been ignored when we estimate the child who is called the so-called genius. But such good students as are courteous and understanding can`t be introduced in the mass media or make people have interest in them, be a model of educating children. Many people think that only a good student will become the elite and to be the elite means sucess in life. Sp parents drive children to be honor students under the pretext of education and character building has long been ignored.
