    -Tubular adenoma, stomach (관상선종, 위)
    선상피 세포에서 유래된 양성종양으로 대부분 결절상을 이루고, 피막을 가지는 일이 많다. 위ㆍ장에 생긴 선종은 내강으로 향하여 증식하기 때문에 폴립상으로 된다(선종성폴립). 원래 발생된 장기의 형태를 모방하고, 주위에 대하여는 압배성으로 증식한다. 때때로 암종과 감별을 요하는 이형을 나타내거나, 선종내에 암종의 발생을 보이는 일이 있다.
    상피성의 양성종양이고 발생모지가 선상피 유래로 생각되고 또한 조직형태적으로 선관구조를 나타내는 것을 선종이라 하고 이 가운데서 관상형구조를 나타내는 것을 관상선종이라고 한다. 선종가운데에는 이 밖에 선방상선종, 여포상선종이 구별된다. 같은 의미에서 암종인 경우에는 관상선암이라고 한다.
