    6월 17일 - 2개월 전 부터 both leg weakness가 있었던 환자로 6월 17일 급격하게 악화되어 ER 통해 입원함. 입원시 V/S : 155/60-91-20-36.7℃, M/S : alert 하며 motor 변화 없음.
    6월 18일 - BP : 180/106으로 Perdipine 5mg mixed N/S 50ml IV 함. 1시간 후 BP : 119/78 check됨. DTR : hyperreflexia at knee(+4), Rt. hoffmann sign(+), Lhermitte sign(+) : 다리까지 땡기는 증상 있음. 스테로이드 치료 중임.
    6월 19일 - Brain inner ear MRI 5pm 예약 되어 11am부터 NPO함. 걸어서 MRI 갔다옴. DTR : hyperreflexia at knee 호전됨(+2), Rt. hoffmann sign(+), Lhermitte sign(+) 있음. both leg weakness 양상 유지되며 절뚝 거리는 보행 관찰됨. motor 변화 없음.
