1. Can be founded almost everywhere, including water and foods
2. 1-10% of all ready-to-eat foods contain Listeria
3. Listeriosis is the serious infection caused by eating food contaminated by Listeria. For people with weaker immune systems, pregnant or infants, it can be serious of fatal.
