6. Prepare report for presentation
We studied that before we do a business it is very important to find out who is the biggest potential clients, what they want so that we can predict and prepare what might happen when we start business.
In this case, our biggest problem is how to get them to come to hotel. If we did not research and open a ground level shop in hotel we do not know why people do not come to our shop. Therefore, research is very important factor to succeed.
