Knowledge Management Systems:
Knowledge is regarded as an asset in modern organizations. It is regarded as the most critical source which provides a competitive advantage for an organization. Organizations have to master is managing knowledge if they want to compete globally. Organizations are using this knowledge in different ways to enhance their organization. This essay talks about the various knowledge management theories, its implementation as a system, concept behind and their applications. This also covers a few examples where KM is been implemented and the outcomes resulting from it, also thoughts of many people about Knowledge management.
Information is the foundation of every business. Regardless of what business you are running, what are you as a person, wether you are a contractor or recruiter, there is no case, no customer or blueprint without Information.
