초록

This study investigates the market trends of dried processed agricultural products in South Korea, and analyzes the packaging materials, packaging forms, and packaging characteristics. Out of a total of 2,183 cases of dried processed agricultural products, fruits were the most commonly used raw materials, with sweet potatoes accounting for the largest proportion of the overall ingredients. The 117 cases of samples were selected to analyzed the packaging characteristics. The most frequently used packaging was the zipper stand-up pouches with polyethylene. The bottles with polyethylene terephthalate showed the highest thickness, while the plastic pouch with polyethylene had the highest food contact ratio. These results can be used as basic data to understand the packaging used for current dried processed agricultural products and serve as fundamental data for the developments of appropriate packaging materials.
