지역산업연관표를 이용한 제주지역 산업구조 분석 (Analysis of Industrial Structure in Jeju Region using Inter-Regional Input-Output Tables)

초록

2013년 기준의 지역산업연관표를 이용한 제주지역 산업구조 분석에 대한 연구는 진행되었지만, 새로이 발표된2015년 기준 지역산업연관표를 이용한 제주지역 산업구조 분석에 대한 연구는 수행되지 않은 것으로 보인다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 2015년 기준 지역산업관표를 이용해서 제주지역의 산업구조와 산업연관효과를 분석하고 둘째, 분석된 결과를 이용한 종합 전략산업 선정 지수를 구성하여 제주지역의 전략산업을 선정하는 것이다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 2015년 기준 제주지역의 입지상 계수가 1.0 이상이면서, 제주의 부문별 생산유발계수가 높은 부문은비금속광물제품, 음식료품, 건설, 음식점 및 숙박서비스의 순이며, 부가가치유발계수가 높은 부문은 부동산서비스, 공공행정, 국방 및 사회보장, 교육서비스의 순이며, 취업유발계수가 높은 부문은 기타 서비스, 농림수산품, 음식점 및 숙박서비스, 도소매 및 상품중개서비스의 순이다. 제주지역의 영향력계수와 감응도계수가 1보다 큰 산업은 음식료품과 음식점및 숙박서비스인 것으로 나타났다. 선정된 제주도의 전략산업의 순위는 건설(1위), 농림수산품(2위), 음식점 및 숙박서비스(3위), 운송서비스(4위), 예술, 스포츠 및 여가 관련 서비스(5위), 공공행정, 국방 및 사회보장(6위), 음식료품(7위) 등의순으로 나타났다. 이러한 지역산업연관 효과분석과 전략산업의 선정은 향후 지역산업 정책 수립의 중요한 기초자료로활용될 것이다.

영어초록

Despite the research on Jeju region's industrial structure using the regional industry linkage table from 2013, no research has been conducted on this industrial structure using the newly announced regional industry linkage table as of 2015. This study examined the industrial structure and industry-related effects in the Jeju region using the 2015 regional industrial table to select strategic industries in the Jeju region by constructing a comprehensive strategic industry selection index using the analyzed results. The research results are summarized as follows. From 2015, among the industries with a location quotient of one or more in the Jeju region, the sectors with the highest production inducement coefficient were non-metallic mineral products, food and beverages, construction, restaurants, and lodging services. The sectors with the highest added value inducement coefficient were real estate services, public administration, national defense and social security, and education services.
In addition, the sectors with the highest employment inducement coefficients were other services, such as agriculture, forestry and fisheries products, restaurants and lodging services, wholesale and retail, and product brokerage services. The industries with the index of the power of dispersion and the sensitivity of dispersion of one or more in the Jeju region were found to be food and beverages, and restaurants and lodging services. The rankings of the selected strategic industries of Jeju Island were as follows: construction (1st), agriculture, forestry and fisheries products (2nd), restaurants and lodging services (3rd), transportation services (4th), arts, sports and leisure-related services (5th), public administration, national defense and social security (6th), and food and beverage (7th). This analysis of regional industry linkage effects and selection of strategic industries provides important basic data for establishing regional industrial policies in the future.
